+1 on a good inspection and on radon test (though it seems seller won't do that anyways). Whether you agree with it or not, if the radon levels are high you will have to put one in to sell - buyers pretty much demand it.

Nice work man. I will always have a soft spot for Fiero's. I had an 85 GT with a 4 speed manual in high school. That being said, the stock wheels would look way better in my opinion.

I do but, thankfully, no repairs. A touch up will hide it but to fix it will require a respray of the whole bumper cover.
