bought lcd tv and surround sound. need ot get the plates now to wall mount it and run all the wiring.

A Gear Higher is a great shop. I will let Rick (owner) know about your expirence. Personaly I don't know everyone there. I obviously only deal with Rick. I would say next time in if you do go back to ask for Rick or Phil they truely know thier shit (not saying the other employees don't). What brand bike did you get?

personally phase II didn't feel anymore techical to me. I have riden it a half dozen times. I used to like on phase I before i was even called that and there was no set route to follow. but anyway. I want to go ride the coming Sat. 16th. we can do I or II. Unforantantly it will be my first time out so it will be a slow ride if you like we can do both.

when the boys were born every nurse at OUS and childrens wore them. I guess they are extermly comfortable if you have to be on your feet all day.
