  1. And yes, I would have called the police right on the spot and filed a report when it happened. Chances are they would've admitted fault in their statement

Not always, when I was side swiped the lady admitted fault to me but when the officer got there she changed her story and since it didnt jive with mine he noted it not at fault for both of us since we moved the cars and there was no witness. If it ever happens again I plan on recording the conversation.

  2. No husband said she just got her license, felt bad so didn't get one. Doing that now though.

Insurance states police report wouldn't of mattered as the police didn't witness it. So even if the assigned fault the insurance would of still denied.

Happened right in front of her day care, will go in there tomorrow to see if rhey have cameras.

If they have cameras dont bother with small claims go back to the insurance the cameras are the witness. Its shit like this that makes me want to buy a dash cam for my car.

As for small claims thats up to you I wouldnt bother personally when I dealt with this in my Jeep I just went with my insurance and they made it all right.

  3.

Considered the GTI. I could always go give one a test drive, but my experience with VWs, especially the smaller ones is that I don't fit well in them and they become extremely uncomfortable after about 30-45 minutes. Who knows, maybe the newer ones are better designed for bigger guys.

Aaron on here had one before his mustang and is no small man by any means and always said on how well he fit in his GTI and golf R.

  4. eh...maybe.....There are situations where the dealer may have marked the unit sold to VW in which case the warranty would have begun to run down even if the vehicle didn't transfer. I don't know how that works with the VW TDI stop sales order and whether VW is aware and willing to honor from the point of sale but it is a question that needs to be asked (verify the warranty and get it in writing).

    .

    Hence the.

you would need to verify with the dealer to make sure.
Did you not read? Man you are annoying.
  5. The Arnold does amazing things for Columbus. I for one will be avoiding that area like the plague, as it's become too big for my liking.

I work next door to it so traffic will be fun as always.

  6. Yeah I need it on site to rip some laminate for a dress room

You will want a high tooth count blade for laminate to get a clean cut. Ideally 80 or higher some places say 100 tooth or higher.

  7. I may not see 1GB/s on one device, but I am very happy to stream The Grand Tour while the wife is streaming nextflix on another TV, and the boy is playing Xbox, and the daughter is watching a YouTube video, and nothing is buffering. I was just putting this out there to let others know it is available in areas around Columbus. We had stuff buffer all the time on WOW's 110 service.

Not sure how I can game while the wife is on the fire stick and each boy is on their chrome books watching youtube without issue. I only have the 60/6 with wow. But it is nice to see fiber finally making its way into Columbus.

  8. I haven't cut cable yet but have WOW and only pay $120 for tv and cable. Internet is 60/6 and we have the 200 channel package/hd package. No DVR and 3 boxes since our 2 of our tvs internal tuners will not work. For everything else we use a firestick with Kodi installed.
