If you want to be different
http://seattle.craigslist.org/tac/cto/5723191142.html
Also look at Jeep Wagoners.

As for Chevy I would look at El Camino, chevy II, or even a split bumper Camaro if you do go into the 70s.
Also a Bronco or Blazer would be fun.

Doug grove -grove overhead door 614-572-6505.
Used him several times always good service and a fair price.
Called Doug on Friday was able to come out fix a broken spring and saw a couple other issues I didn't and too care of them all for a decent price.
-
Watched and enjoyed it but from what I remember the storyline was done and it they continued it, it would be a new/different story (like how American Horror Story is done.)
-
Yes they did, my deal was 50mb for $50. No tax, bought my own modem.
When did you get the service If you had it for a while you should have gotten the free bump they did at that speed they would have pushed you to the 110 package at the same cost.

Talked with a friend and showed him the image his best guess was a 30s Cadillac/LaSalle due to the hubcap and the running light on the fender.
looking at pics its the best fit.

Finding a rear pic of these cars is oddly hard to find.

I have WOW and never see my 50MB (30MB avg), and have to unplug and plug in my modem every week. when I had AT&T I never had to reset my modem, but their equipment sucks because it has to come with a router. I was $50 for 50MB with WOW but they raised it after the first year to $70.
Wow never had a 50 mb connection was 60 or 30 then the bumped everyone up to the next level for free about a year ago. I went from the 30 mb (which typically saw 35 to 40 mb) to the 60mb (which sees 65 to 70mb). I couldnt be happier with my service. Also my upload is 10 to 12mb.

Provided the lender with what code requires and they said OK and are now not requiring the railing.
-
I would rock that for sure
Thats a Conversion from AEV you can buy/have them build it now and option it with a Hemi. But be ready to pay they can get a bit spendy.
-
I could handle something that looked like this.
http://drivingline.prd.s3.amazonaws.com/media/articleimages/2015/09/jeep-wrangler-double-cab-brute-aev-ebay.jpg
Keep the back section on the cab make the roof completely removable and still have removable doors.

I have been waiting for this for some time. Will sell the XJ. As for engines there is also talk of a diesel. Sign me up.

100% positive your appraisal was done as an FHA or VA unless you have unsafe stairs. Finance companies care because they have to go through the hoops to have it insured/bought by the government agency. If your loan officer doesn't know this, you have a bad loan officer.
I want to say its a conventional loan but not sure wife has done all the leg work. I will have to find out.
-
I know your trying to find the code, but could this be as easy and throwing a few 2x4s up for a few days and not have to worry about finding it and proving it?
Possibly, buts what to say they tell me thats not up to code and force me to do it again, the right way making me spend even more money. I would rather do a little research, find out what required and not install anything or if I have to do it, do right and not have it look like complete shit.
-
1. What was code at the time the deck was built?
2. Why is a finance company getting into issues that are the realm of an insurance company?
Deck was built back in 2006. What the code said then I dont remember but I was told that with it being under 3 feet a railing wasn't needed.
-
are you using FHA or the like .gov backed refi?
No, we just went to our bank (PNC).
-
Why is a finance company getting into issues that are the realm of an insurance company?
Thats a great question. Our loan officer was wanting to know the same thing but they would not or havent yet given him a answer.
