  1. It was a simple question. Don't post on the internet seeking acceptance from random ass people then? I thought it was cool as hell, but christ i've never seen so many wadded panties or sandy vaginas in my life. Ok, now that i'm done looking in the mirror, back to the wagon.
  2. Well, since you are so standoffish I guess I feel compelled to reply. Judging by the pic, it's hard to tell if there is sufficient room between the pan and wheel so I just thought I'd ask if it was possible or there are plans to guard that area. Since this is a project, others may want to emulate and one may not consider that small fingers may get wedged between the pan and tire. Obviously since you and your child are impervious to injury, this doesn't concern you but others may want to be made aware of such possibilities.
  3. No need to wad the panties chief, it was a serious question and thought.
  4. Says every parent until it happens. Kids don't always pay attention.
  5. Finger guards or fenders to keep hands away from the rear tires and getting pinched?
  6. I grabbed mine, it laughed at me.
  7. Don't be jelly, me and bucky sumo in the off racing season. He cheats though, watch his thumbs. (Don't smell them though)

  9. I should sell my helmet and jacket, used once lol.
  10. If you aren't driving over the crank at half track or the starting line you aren't trying hard enough. 10's needs a jacket and belts for sure.
  11. I run 4 but they are weaksawce. Why? Because i'm cheap. 2x Viewsonic 1920x1080 2x Westinghouse 1280x1024
  12. Are you going to use a bushing on the wheels? Aren't you concerned that the all-thread will gall up the wheel or bushing or do you plan on machining the threads off of the all-thread where the wheel will ride?
  13. That was the issue I was running into. Seems most on the lots are catered to mall crawlers. I had to expand my search and I drove a few hours out to get mine, but the savings was well worth it. From my research, there are two types of wrangler dealers. (I won't say jeep dealers because the rest of the models are meh anyway.) 1) REAL jeep dealers that keep plain ones in stock and move them in volume. They price them VERY well knowing people are going to mod the shit out of them and just want the base vehicle for the best price possible. 2) Mall Crawler dealers. They keep top line and loaded up models at high MSRP's knowing the popularity of the wrangler will sell it to someone who just wants a "JEEP!" and will just buy it without looking for a deal.
  14. I tried that and all my email were replied with a simple "No thanks" type reply since they were easily getting sticker or more for these stupid things. I thought I'd try truecar based on a thread similar to this one but not knowing it was such a shit site. After a LOT of searching, I ended up finding a good volume dealer up near Cleveland that had a 12 leftover and they wanted to move it. I plain got lucky, period.
  15. It's amazing to me, what people will give up information wise to save a few $.
  16. The poly ones are like $10 each over here, I've never found a good source for steel ones though.
  17. 12's have head problems, some 13's may also. http://www.pentastars.com/engines/repairs.php
  18. Initially I didn't put in my real one and didn't get a lot of offers or replies. I did it again and I put in my google voice # hoping it would help me filter out junk, which it did but I had to turn it off so it wouldn't ring my phone.
  19. Truecar can suck my sweaty balls. They are a scam site IMHO. After I used it when I was looking, I started getting phone calls as late as 1am from dealerships damn near badgering for me to buy from them. Then shortly after that, the telemarketers started calling. As for getting a good price on a wrangler, good luck. Your best bet is to wait for the 14's to hit and snag a 13. Many dealerships won't budge at all on price because they know they'll sell it eventually. I got mine a few months back and ended up with a 12 instead of a 13 since dealerships refused to even accept my Affiliate pricing. Most of them just flat said we wont budge, it'll sell sooner or later.
  20. The 305 makes a great boat anchor. Save yourself the hassle and swap to a better 350.
