There are loads of freeware based "cad" type programs out there. If you need the power though, AutoCad can't be beat.

Yeah, sadly... This is also the third time I told the seller NOT to ship that way and to wrap the cam in a few layers of heavy duty cardboard plus protect the ends well. They NEVER listen and play all dumb when I file a paypal claim. No wonder shipping rates are so high, people don't understand how to properly care for an item in transit.

I have been told that officially you can't but as long as you have the proper papers (bill of sale, insurance, etc.) they look the other way. I've never seen an official rule one way or the other though.

I had a harbor freight welder and it was garbage. There's a website out there dedicated to making the HF welders "ok" machines but most people don't recommend buying them unless it's for junk welds that aren't important.
