  4. Well crap, looks like it'll be gone before I get there.
  5. You coming to Trails the 24th mike?
  6. Is this sold? Did you get my PM? I got the wife's approval so LMK!
  7. Same here, went to MT DR's and haven't looked back.
  8. I'm glad I left, I keep hearing rumors that the "good" areas are now turning to shit also.
  9. Here's my helper! http://img383.imageshack.us/img383/7296/0000008wp4.th.jpg
  10. not too far from the house, I may be in depending on the kids.
  11. Try again: http://s125.photobucket.com/albums/p73/aigomorla/?action=view&current=Final-1.jpg As for LGA775, I wouldn't put any more $ into it. I'd save for i7 or string along what you have until i5 hits, which should lower i7 prices.
  12. My boss and I used to race to our dinner spot, loser had to buy. He was in a Dodge Durango and I was in a Ford Taurus. He decided to cut across a dirt area to get in front of me so I cut across the mall parking lot riding over all the concrete parking barriers all the way. 4 blown shocks/struts and bent wheels later, I won. At an earlier time in the week, A group of three of us took that same Ford Taurus to an off road park. We pulled up to the entrance to pay and the attendee leaned back and looked over the car carefully. "Rental?" he asked, "Yup" we replied, paid our fee and went in. That car did rather well considering where we took it though! I have more but i'm too lazy to type them out.
  13. Sure if you drive to me, but you won't like the drive. The link I posted on SRD walks you through it. All you do is unbolt the pulley, use a VERY SMALL screw driver to pop the seal off the front, pack in as much grease as you can get in there while rocking the pulley to make sure you work the grease into every nook and cranny, put the seal back on, bolt it up and be done.
  14. Which reminds me, I need to get oil and change it again before getting it out for the 24th.
  15. I have less than 14k total miles on my car and i bet i've changed the oil at least 50 times.
  16. May need a complete pipe overhaul, without really digging in, you;ll never know. Also, if it has had water leaks undetected for a period of time, there may be a mold issue.
  17. Katech makes KILLER engines, I think they can port a head or two.
  18. Katech has heads on clearance for $299 http://store.katechengines.com/shared/StoreFront/default.asp?CS=katech&StoreType=BtoC&Count1=330959498&Count2=248099923
  19. Sounds like a much better option than an entire system update. I'd like more info myself.
  20. There are MANY good parts out there for watercooling. Also, many of the newer waterblocks will cross platforms. The Swiftech Apogee GT and DteK FuZion can be used on both AMD and Intel platforms. Many of the new blocks come with the hardware for both, or they can be easily purchased. +1 though on building your own system. Many of the pre-built kits are garbage. I'm partial to the Petra's kit: http://www.petrastechshop.com/wacoki.html or the swiftech kit: http://www.sidewindercomputers.com/swh2edukit.html System #1: http://img7.imageshack.us/img7/1407/1002006.th.jpg System #2: http://img212.imageshack.us/img212/7545/1001202mu6.th.jpg
