'84 300zx getting it off of my sister and brother in law. It used to be garaged next to my bird while the bird is getting its new motor. Its in great shape. I dont expect to do muc modd'n to it. Just leave it clean. Heck In a few years it will be a classic. First import I have ever owned though. I dont know much about em. Any good links or info would be great. Was looking to get around $60-$70 for the throttle body, $60-$70 for front cover and 30 for the oil pan. MSRP on all those are at least double what I am asking and they all are in great condition. I will have to pull these parts of the shelf and inspect them and get some pics for anyone interested. Sorry I didnt post the prices for these in the first post. later, jay

I have a set of 8 injectors with fuel rail $150.oo obo and 8 coil on plug's 150.oo obo off of a '04 4.6 explorer motor. Left over from a engine swap. They have very few miles on them. I cant remember how many miles the 4.6 had on it when I bought it. Also have factory throttle body. If anyones looking for some odds n ends factory 4.6 parts let me know. Wire harness was used though. Oil pan and front cover were not used though, but remember these two parts prolly would not work on a 4.6 in a car. The oil pan was a lil too deep. If interested in anything make me a offer. The injectors are being sold as a set only and same with the COP's. If you need part numbers for anything let me know. later, jay

thanks for the help guys, will be able to look into it some tomorrow. I forgot to mention one thing... the sound seems to resonate from inside the throttle body when I had the air cleaner and intake hose off. Thanks again will post more tomorrow after I do some more digging. I hope I don't have to get into the TBI throttle body, well it will be a first some maybe I will learn something. it does it all the time at any rpm unless underload. If I sit in park and gradually rev it up it will do it all the way up. Oh and I took the air cleaner and such off the throttle body and it still did it. Was louder too. Havent done the ether thing yet. its next on my list. thanks, jay

I have a 93 s-10 4.3 with TBI. I am getting a loud high pitch noise coming from the intake after the truck has warmed up. The noise goes away when the truck is under load for example when I accelerate it will go away. It will come back for a moment just before the truck shifts into the next gear and will go away if I continue to accelerate thru that gear. If I am cruising say on interstate or any other city street the noise is there. I am a lil baffled by it. I am pretty sure one of the injectors is plugged a lil or starting to go bad but I have never heard a injector make this noise or this loud of a noise. It knida sounds like a large volume of air sucking thru a very small hole. Any suggestions? later, jay
