  1. what up cuz.. loving the bike.. me and the wife are riding for the entire day tomorrow
  2. 07 M2R Stealth/ flat black/medium $65 http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p301/hoblick/SL370337.jpg http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p301/hoblick/SL370338.jpg http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p301/hoblick/SL370339.jpg
  3. care to give a how to... on how to do that?
  4. i think ill stay black .. atleast for now.
  5. cause Europe always gets the better end of the deal on everything
  6. think i found my paint scheme.. http://static.blogo.it/motoblog/honda-vfr-colorazioni-2009/honda_vfr_2009_03.jpg
  7. 800cc v4 100 hp 54 tq 5.8 gallon tank dont know about milage, but im guessing in the high 40s low 50s chain drive its got a lot of balls for a sport touring bike.. i dont think i would have a problem keeping up with my old R6 that bad. my bike weighs about 90lbs more than the r6, but its not overly noticeable.
  8. ill be doing the exhaust cans in black, and wrapping the rest. my right legs gets a little hot, and the wrap will take care of it, or so i have heard on the VFR forums
  9. i dont mind the paint on it, but i dont 100% love it. and im super anal about the paint on my bike, i love to keep it clean and with flat green its very hard to do so. my options im thinking about.. my 3 choices thus far are (and if it matters its got black wheels, and tinted screen) white: http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p301/hoblick/2007_03_27_bikepics-844274-800.jpg http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p301/hoblick/ShowImage.jpg black: http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p301/hoblick/2007_01_04_bikepics-763305-full.jpg http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p301/hoblick/2007_01_04_bikepics-763307-full.jpg http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p301/hoblick/2008_03_09_bikepics-1210193-full.jpg gunmetal/dark charcoal silver: dont have pics of the bike with this color
  10. mine sounds very similar to this
  11. yup its gone the more i ride the VFR the more i love it! im 100% glad i made the switch this is the perfect all around bike IMO for me it handles as well as the R6, has more than enough power to fulfill the need for speed, sounds amazing, super comfortable, and rides 2 up great. now to paint or not to paint
  12. ts a ton more comfortable for both the rider and passenger
  13. yeah its actually a huge difference when you hit vtech. alot of people get a power commander on them to smooth the transition out.
  14. 03 Honda VFR800 im 50/50 on the paint scheme, i didnt like it that much in pics, and planned on repainting it white, but in person it looks kinda good. so i may hold off on painting for a while an order a new seat first. bike is great, tons of power, nimble, and is comfortable for me and the wife. got brand new dunlop road smarts waiting to go on. the tour pack looks kind of funny, but its so functional, and can serve as a backrest for my wife. im gonna put a nice pad on it for her to rest on. but the tour pack is detachable if i want to remove it, its quick and easy. this thing sounds amazing with exhaust, like a v8 supercar need to give it a wash at some point. anyway on with the pics and it has vtech yo! http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p301/hoblick/SL371188.jpg http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p301/hoblick/SL371189.jpg http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p301/hoblick/SL371191.jpg
  15. danm just saw this, hit me up if you need anything jason
  16. i would but i cant be gone that long. ill hit you up sometime for sure, and bring some folks down your way
  17. last day i get to ride the R6 my buddy is coming over thursday to work on his bike then friday we are going out for a cruise probably around noon. anyone interested post here, we can meet at iron pony he wants to head there anyway
  18. when i bring it home ill post pics..
  19. i would, but everything stays with the bike.
  20. nope.. that one is gone..you have a pm though
  21. and ill be picking up a Honda VFR800 Interceptor. will be picking it up friday. i love the R6 and it doesnt do to bad for that long trip. but i want to do ALOT more long trips, and ill be taking the wife with me. by myself im more than fine on the R6, but add her on the back of that back and her leaning on me puts alot of pressure on the wrist and limits my movement for comfort. and im sure as well that tiny seat isnt comfy for her either. so the VFR should be perfect. still sporty, but has a great setup for touring. 100 hp 55tq 800cc V4 enough punch for me, and still handles like a sportbike. but the ergos on the bike are perfect for the riding we want to do. will post pics later on.
