  2. tool guy fails at tools 25.4 mm in an inch 13/16"x25.4=20.637mm 7/8"x25.4=22.225mm end the end 7/8 is a 22 not a 21 lova
  3. bahh i need a header and a cam so this one spools a little faster.. light ass car isnt' fully spooling till 3600(atleast on the dyno) i think it's a little faster on the street
  4. thanks dude.. nice meeting you by the way
  5. Thanks for a good time Brian... oh and jeffro you're screwed when I get a few more PSI.
  6. well after the drama lama came and cracked my rim on the rx7 and shredded yet the 2nd tire in a month, we moved a front tire to the back and put the spare up front so it could still be dynoed out at Brian's 2.3T in my rx7 stock valve cover to oil pan t3 on 19psi 3 mods done sheet metal upper intake 3" exhaust k@n on stock vain air meter 230whp309whtq going back in a couple weeks after I get my adj fuel pressure regulator and wideband for more boost/timing numbers BIG BIG thanks for Dyno Brian and Steve for lending tools and a hand so I could still dyno
  7. dont get me wrong we go through the same stuff sometimes, but at the same time i've already been there 3 times and lied to once which I dont appreciate at all. I'd rather go spend my money somewhere else just so I know I'm getting a good job done.
  8. still good work.. we see a couple cars a day from them for alignments and tires and whatnot

    Driveline 1

yeah in the end they did good work.. i get the driveshaft done and a day or two because of the funky FC rear flanges. i pick it up still has the factory weights on it. I call him" hey bud I'm new to this custom driveshaft shit but shouldnt this have been balanced...he says um lemme check with the tech.. comes back a few secs later and he says no it balanced out fine. anyways a month goes by and I get the car running I've got a drivetrain wobble so bad its crazy. anyways call him and the guy goes on for 20 mins about pinion angle and that balance isnt my problem. So I drive back down drop it off(was told I could wait) then told I have to leave it and they'd call. they didnt I called them @5 pm and he says "do you really need it today?" anyways pick it up and my 3 factory weights are shaved off and there was 5 other new weights in various spots when it was done... long story short..good work in the end, fucked customer service I've copied this part from another thread about driveline stuff, but here's an update I've driven the car maybe 200 miles since they balanced the driveshaft and the vibration was startgin to get worse, so climb under it today to find weights that they've welded on now missing. I'm taking it to columbus joint and clutch because I have no faith whatsoever in teh people down there. I'd rather pay someone else then deal with the people down there lying directly to my face. Now I get to drop my full exhaust for teh 3rd time to fuck with an issue that shouldve been fixed when I first gave them the driveshaft. DRIVELINE 1 CAN LICK MY LEFT NUT
  10. i'm in reynoldsburg every night almost.. call me sometime 256-4040
  11. hopefully you can beat my lowly 200hp 4 cyl... it did the beat the mach1 a couple days ago while still on low boost.
  12. wideband ordered, and i'll be calling brian soon
  13. why aren't you recommending kevin? From what I could see when I stopped by, he does some pretty nice work.
  14. I think I mounted those tires for you while ago at firestone
  15. i'll look at it when you drop it off for the tie rods... garage is free lemme know when you wanna bring it by this week
  16. oh and i'm poor thats why i'm posting this....LOL
  17. also I probably really need both, but i guess the only advantage i see to the dyno is making sure i'm picking up power with increasing boost and timing vs. seat of the pants tuning with the wideband making sure its safe
  18. ok may sound like a silly question but for my FC with limited computer tuning capabilities I planned on using the dyno for manual adjustments such as boost, base timing, and base fuel pressure. Which would be a better investment... a $200 wideband and street tuning, or $200 in dynotime adjusting on a dyno one thing to note, this is a turbo car and tuning would be being done on brian's dyno which isnt load bearing i believe.
  19. god damn your gay.. can you keep that in the bedroom?
  20. thats your only hope..if not.. new calipers
  21. go from a dig, they're fucked with a broke rear end
  22. Jason I'd list em for 400 and take no less than 300
  23. heres my generic panoramic view that just starts to give you an idea how big the carlisle car shows are http://i37.photobucket.com/albums/e91/Turborust/carlisle008.jpg http://i37.photobucket.com/albums/e91/Turborust/carlisle009.jpg http://i37.photobucket.com/albums/e91/Turborust/carlisle010.jpg http://i37.photobucket.com/albums/e91/Turborust/carlisle011.jpg
  24. I try to get out to carlisle every couple of years.. went in 2000 with my brothers turbocoupe 2003 when I was pimping ford contours 2005 in my (turborust) turbo coupe and 2007 with the mach 1 slammed on the 18's the last time we finally took an extra day and toured Gettysburg, which is something I've always wanted to do. I highly recommend it if you havent been.
