  5. sooo.. fuel line ran up to the engine bay, mufflers hung, cut up the hood..... 14x16 inch hole in my hood.. and the filter sticks like 5" up........holy hoodscoop batman.

  7. drive shaft done and installed, forgot the factory plate between motor and trans when i put em together, so had to separate them and install that(thanks Larry for the part) headers on and tightened down couple coats of paint on the intake and it'll be bolted down thursday night.. intake, carb and filter mounted.. cut huge ass hole in the hood, mount rest of exhaust

  14. the yoke on my drive shaft from the 2.3 swap is 5 inches long, it is splined the whole length of the yoke. i have to slide the drive shaft out of the trans about 2.25 inches to touch the pinion wiht the v8/c4 in place.. mind you the output shaft does stick out of the trans about .5 inches. so I have about 3 inches of yoke engagement at the drive shaft...is that enough??

  18. literally need a radiator, distributor, and a night of eliminating wiring and its ready to go.. dont think even if it runs i'll have it at the track day till i get some more street miles on it.
