  1. The ones located in.... ohio. If you buy from an online retailer who has a brick and mortar in your state... you have to pay tax. You're supposed to pay it at the end of the year either way.
  2. I only did a quick google, but it looks like it hasn't been extended. Check a dot gov website to confirm though.
  3. They've been used in Europe and Asia for decades. Now that everyone is "going green" there is a viable market for them here. Aside from the initial investment, they pay for themselves in X years depending upon how much hot water you pump. There was also a tax credit for purchasing one, but I dont believe it has been extended through 08'.
  4. I guess everyone is fairly in touch with reality here. This kid believed with his heart and soul that there was nothing better on the planet than Bose. He spent 1300 (of his 1300) dollars on a lifestyle setup all the while claiming himself to be a true audiophile. I described to him the article I read on intellexual.net about the construction, lack of dB range, paper cone "Subs" etc, but he would not hear it having been far too sucked in to the marketing hype that is Bose. I am nobody's kind of audiophile and know next to nothing... but I do know that Bose is a joke.
  5. I was mostly referring to the Home surround packages.
  6. Today's woot reminded me of an argument I had with a friend's nearly retarded boyfriend. The question: What do you think of Bose speakers?
  7. My single life > Your married lives... dot com Thus the reason I am hearing birds chirping....
  8. If your diet is perfect and you've reached your non-supplemented maximum... then look at potential supplements. Otherwise it is a waste of money. Nothing replaces intensity and diet.
  9. When I was 16 I turned a 1k investment (most of what I had) in to 26k with the help of a venture capitalist family friend. None of my investments since then have ever come close to that kind of return. Now that I'm old, my emphasis is on diversity and long term return. I get excited about 15% a year.
  10. I forgot to mention.... The wine part doesn't start until the ballot passes next month. Westerville is crazy about their alcohol sales.
  11. I felt to pretentious typing that out.
  12. A pair of my friends just opened up a gourmet food and wine shoppe in downtown Westerville. http://bp3.blogger.com/_SwtKdJFky9U/R9bvy1TQ2XI/AAAAAAAAAG0/wkw6f1C4HhU/s320/meza+pics+018.jpg I don't do a whole lot of fancy cooking but picked up some ridiculously good peach salsa there. Those of you that do have some culture might find some interesting delectables there.
  13. I wanted to wait a year after to make sure I didn't miss anything as sometimes happens in the Real Estate world. I bought my current Fixer upper through Chad at Prudential Calhoon. Being in sales myself and having enough respect for my prospects to be straight forward and real about the positives.... and the negatives, I appreciate a salesman who will do the same for me. I'm looking for my rental property project with him now. Highly recommended: Chad Miller chad@prucalhoonrealtors.com Now is a good time to buy real estate... if you didnt know.
  14. Get to work mother sucker... jesus. You can borrow my wet saw if you need since you seem to live around the corner and have been around long enough that I dont think you'll steal it.
  15. I wonder If I read my drunken posts in the morning if they would seem as enlightening as they do in my current state!
  16. Word. His existence is not the question, it is that whole, immaculate conception, son of god, water to wine, resurrection, thing that is in question. Which is why atheism takes as much faith as religion. To have absolute knowledge that something does not exist is to have knowledge of everything that does. This makes me a bonafide fence riding atheist leaning agnostic who doesn't really care either way as I'm fairly sure that nobody has it exactly right... except maybe the Jews. (Seriously)
  17. Thank Baby Jesus (yes Jesus) that some people have the ability to be open minded enough to realize how goddamn hypocritical religious dogmatic criticism is. TRIPLE POST FOR THE BLOCK
  18. You're an idiot. I wish I could find the block button. Since this thread is about reading... which I am QUITE sure you haven't done in a substantially long time.... you should try "No God but God" by Reza Aslan. It might make for a more rounded perspective about "those towel heads". Or you could just go back to watching CMT and harvesting hay.
  19. How bout the DOS "interactive fiction game" where saving Aurthur Dent's house required the proper spelling of analgesic. Don't forget Zork. /Old
  20. If you can do Cannon in D better than Pachelbel AND david Lanz, you are doing pretty well.
  21. I dont know, he almost seems a bit autistic. Absolutely amazing talent and some ridiculous esoteric knowledge of scales.
  22. Which end of the issue are you on?
