+2 i rode my bike with pedals/cages for 2 seasons, and just got cleats/clipless pedals a couple weeks ago...ridden like 3-4x with them and im hooked.

this thread got me a little curious, so being that i was formerly in collections and spent a lot of my time digging around for people, i got interested tonight i dont doubt the guy is a LEO. i cant find any police departments online that have him listed as a LEO, but there are records showing him as a complaintant in multiple cases, many traffic related, and most is all 2010 or 2011 (i dont recall if any were 2009, and im too lazy to go back and look)

special duty? ever seen the cops outside of the bars in arena district? they're not there because its their patrol area...thats the bars paying them to be there...and that shit pays more than cops make being cops. granted they wont get the same amount of hours, but my buddy has been on CPD for like 6-7 years and is maxed out at $33.xx/hr (something close to that), but he said special duty pays $40/hr so if the mall wanted to pay me $40/hr to drive around their lot a few nights a week, i'll take it

Great day to be out though...wish i didnt have to work tonight. Ugh

yeah, i cant average 18. i think like 14.2 or so from today per my cyclometer, but in reality, it was probably a little higher, since there were some times downtown we were slowing way down to stop at lights, casually just riding...when we actually got into riding to keep some speed, 16-17 wasnt too bad ill let you know tomorrow if im gonna come out...i'll have to set my alarm to make sure im up by then though. LOL

when i pleaded a 70 in a 55 down to a "equipments violation" in dublin a few years ago, my ticket was like $85, and after the prosecutor let me plead it down, it was $95 total. cost me $10 more than what i would have paid, 0 points, no insurance hike

All is well...the clunking was the pedal hitting the derailer (feel like an idiot for lolking for.something hitting for 5+ min and not seeing that)...he said derailer cable prob just slipped, adjusted a few things, and its shifting fine, no clunking Another :thumbup: to bike source in westerville!

I wouldnt mind doing the 46 miler, MAYBE even the longer one, but i think id have a hard time raising that $, and i dont want to get slammed with a huge charge because i couldnt raise enough.
