i doubt i'd even pay that for it...it was such a POS radio...it just came with the car when i bought it a couple years ago, and i was too lazy to replace it, and didnt really care since the car is such a POS. radio worked and i was fine with that. i bet it'll cost me 5-6x what they'll get for that radio to get the glass replaced and a harness to put my other cd player in the car

i guess ive been lucky for almost 10 years. never had a car broken into. left a car unlocked once and had my CDs stolen, but thats it. tonight, went out for a couple drinks, locked my car, came back about 4 hours later, look in and see papers on my drivers seat...think "wtf, i wasnt sitting on any trash"...get in, see my cd player gone...piece of shit sony, probably 9+ years old. look over and see the passenger door unlocked, so i figure i left it unlocked and didnt see it. start to drive away, and i hear wind. busted out my rear quarter window. fuck these retards left a bunch of stuff more valuable than the radio, hollowpoints from where i unloaded my firearm, top half of the gun in the glove box...luckily the bottom half was locked in the trunk...jumper cables, hoodie jacket, robogrip pliers, garage door opener, which they could have came to my house with my info in the glove box and taken all my tools, few other things. didnt take shit except a shitty cd player luckily, if i can even see it that way, i have a spare cd player at my house that i can throw in there, and i have a brother that works at safelite and may be able to get me a discount on a new piece of glass and it figures i dropped comp/collision on my cars about a year ago because they're both cheap pieces of junk...prob would have paid out of pocket anyways because im sure it'll be cheaper to do this myself than what my deductible would be. /rant http://a6.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc6/200671_10150195729419919_606724918_8239192_662404_n.jpg

i was interested, but the warranty not being transferrable kills it. i may not have cared, but i actually saw a TP commercial not long ago where the guy said "the 20 year warranty is great, in 10 years we've replaced the mattress twice". or something damn close to that...im sitting there thinking "they just put in THEIR ad that the mattress has needed to be replaced after 5 years, twice?"

i just bought the bosch icon, since dave was talking about them being BOGO at oreillys (still like $23 for a pair with the BOGO)...im honestly not a fan...they're not even a month old, and after week 1, i can see tiny water streaks when im running them, almost like there are a few pinhole size cuts on the blade, and its not clearing all the water ive used the $6-7 blades from meijer quite a few times and been happier than the icons.

just to update - finally got a new battery...was one of the things i planned to do with tax refund money, which i forgot was on the list until last week ordered the battery sunday night via amazon, got it in the mail today...12 cell, extended life battery. was like $56 with shipping, but got $30 off for opening an amazon CC (which i'll never use again, lol), so really $26. kinda pissed because a couple reviews said it had the charging port on the battery like HP 12 cells do, but it doesnt. i was really hoping for this due to the fact that the little plastic clip that holds the AC port in place inside the computer snapped off (heard it rattling around for the longest time) and the AC port is very loose...it'll still hold the plug, it just worries me that its not really held into place. replace battery soon icon is gone, so its nice not to look down and see that anymore. now i just gotta hope that this battery last more than ~15 months. i guess if it doesnt and i can snag another one for $26, that wouldnt be too horrible

+1...at the VERY minimum, i'll be in my house through next summer, because i dont want to have to repay my homebuyers credit, but realistically, i'll be here 5-6 more years, and then hopefully i can buy something a bit nicer...lucky for me i bought it pretty low, HUD house, and got it for $37k below what it appraised for <2 years earlier. i could probably sell now and make at least 10-15k with the new kitchen, patio, and a few other things ive done

im still at ~187ish...i doubt im gonna drop much more because im too lazy to take the time to make meals to eat properly...i eat about anything i want though and dont gain weight, so that cant be too horrible. gym to lift and run ~1-1.5 miles 2x/wk, and during the summer i'll probably cycle 70-100 miles/wk...i think ive already done over 100 miles this year...about 17 back on that nice day in feb, 28 miler, 30 miler, 17 miler, im close. my summer goal is 1000-1500 miles ridden...
