sorta like someone on another forum im on got in a tizzy about them taxing the fuck out of AIG's bonuses to get the $ back. umm...hello? if we hadnt bailed them out, those contracts wouldnt have been worth shit. thats some of my money going to support that company, if you're operating and losing BILLIONS of dollars, no one deserves bonuses $1m +. i can *almost* see if theres some people down on the food chain that did what they were supposed to, get a 2-4k bonus check, but when you get into 6+ figure checks, nuh uh. -

think i may have gotten it. tipped it over, it looks like on the bottom of the bowl theres plastic tabs then a triangle-ish frame that looks like it needs to sit inside of those tabs, and it was way off. i put it into what looked like a correct position, tipped it back up, and put it on spin cycle, (nothing in it), and it seemed to spin freely and without the wobble. ive got some clothes in it now, hopefully itll run fine now and i wont have to deal with it agian still going to give my brother a swift kick in the ass for making me waste over an hour fixing this

this weekend while moving to the house, my brother was hell bent on using the stupid dolly to move the washer and dryer, when i said "we can both just pick it up" well, like a retard, he goes down the steps first, instead of letting the washer go down with someone below it. because of this, the first 5-6 steps, before i heard all the noise and came running out, the washer just slammed onto the next step. "oh, its fine. you just hear the washer hitting the dolly". him and my mom both say this. i tell them something is going to break, and i lift it the final 10 steps to keep it from slamming fast forward to tonight. i need to wash some clothes for tomorrow, load the washer, go upstairs to hang some blinds, and i hear the washer like its got too many clothes to one side and being off balance, but WAY worse. go down, and something is definitely broken any ideas of what i can look for? im half tempted to go up to my brothers apartment now and rip him a new asshole and take the keys to his car thats in my name, and let him walk his *** to work. the washer was fine up until it got slammed down 5-6 steps. http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y267/evan938/th_0331090019a.jpg

just wanted to see if you were ok man. coming home tonight about 11:15, cop had someone pulled over at broad/270. as i drove by, guy looked a bit like you, and had a white maxima. cop had him out of the car, cuffed, and reaching into his pockets like he was looking for something hope it was just your twin and not you, and if not, hopefully everything was alright.

more done today. primed/painted our bedroom, painted main coat in kitchen (putting a stripe in tomorrow but have to wait for paint to dry so tape doesnt tear it up). gas finally got turned on so i have hot water and heat, got new sink faucet put in (i f'ed up the one i got for free from g/fs dad, twisted copper line on faucet. FUCK. lol) by about 5 i was done with all that, and her parents had to run to their church for something. i decided i was going to start the downstairs bathroom floor. ripped up 2 layers of linoleum, pulled baseboards (to get tile underneath them, instead of up next to them. pulled toilet. tiling around corners/crap is tough at first, i messed up 2 tiles before getting the 3rd correct. luckily, i was able to use the good sides of them for the small pieces on the edge. probably spent 4-5 hours or so doing everything (ripping linoleum, scraping floor to make somewhat level, mixing quickset, measuring/cutting tiles, etc). im happy with the results. especially since i did it 100% on my own, g/fs dad wasnt even there to say "do this, do that". lol http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y267/evan938/IMG_2556.jpg?t=1238128509 http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y267/evan938/IMG_2557.jpg?t=1238128509 http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y267/evan938/IMG_2558.jpg?t=1238128509 http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y267/evan938/IMG_2559.jpg?t=1238128509 http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y267/evan938/IMG_2560.jpg?t=1238128509

judging by your sig, i dont think it would have mattered if you lost your ass at the tables :gtfo: lol

i dont think its as funny as the schick womens trimmer/razor where every bush a woman walks by shrinks down to a certain shape, all shapes you would probably see a female trim their pubes into. brings a whole new meaning to "trim your bush"

theres already silver knobs...i considered painting them, but once i get my car accident settled out (should be soon) and i can get my 1st time homebuyer credit done, im putting in maple cabinets, granite counter tops, undermount sink, and a 30"x60" island (with a 9" overhang on 2 sides in an L shape) in the middle of the room. we hardly eat in the kitchen, but it should give enough space to sit 4 people if we have someone over, and a lot of extra counter space when we need it, and the kitchen will still have plenty of room to move around in

you can. im just trying to figure out the best way to do so, and if its going to cost me anything for any dumb reason. trust me, its doable. http://www.nhmsi.com if you want to get a HUD house. i feel like i got lucky on mine. im less than a mile from easton, not a bad area either (morse/sunbury), 3br, 1.5 ba, 1400sq/ft, 2 car garage, 3 level split for 78k...ends up being $108 more than im paying in rent...i had to buy appliances, replace a/c unit out back (escrowed, so im not counting that as extra money to spend) and drop some money on stuff to fix up before moving in, but i dont think ive spent over a grand at this point on all that stuff. the reason i say i feel lucky of what i got, is a lot of times with HUD's, the people destroy the house before they leave, rip out copper, kick in walls, etc etc. the place i got, someone stole the a/c (i dont think it was the owners), walls are all fine, copper is all there, really not bad. worst things i have to deal with is a leak in the roof from the windstorm last month (just found out today how bad its leaking, but its not major.), and the last owners painted over wallpaper, so we had to mud over all the seams before we can paint tomorrow. theres fake hardwood floors through the main level, and all bedrooms upstairs, but im putting carpet in because i think in the 2 big rooms theyre too dark and i dont want to get out of bed and step onto a cold wood floor. grove city had a SHITLOAD of places that looked decent from the online listings, but a main reason for moving to where i did is i was sick of driving blacklick to westerville daily plus, as i was speaking of above, this year, if you havent owned a house in the last 3 years you should qualify for a tax credit of 10% of purchase price up to $8,000 from the .gov. so if you end up owing 3k next year and claim it, the feds will give you a check for $5k
-
nice. im usually not a fan of bikes, but that is slick. o/t...is krystal whelpley still over there with you and jason? if so, tell her evan said hi for me.
-
sorta offtopic - are you the person from the other thread about the first time homebuyer credit that seemed to know your shit about taxes? if so, can you shoot me a PM if you know how i should go about amending my 08 return to i can add my home purchase to it, and get back that credit from the .gov without waiting til 09? and if there would be any negative effects of doing it now?
-
dude, i didnt have any deductions, and got back like $15-1600. plus, i claim 1 all year (claim 0 i'd have a bigger refund but less per check). its probably something with the way youve got your withholdings set up i cant wait to find out next year what ill get back since i just bought a house. hopefully its a decent chunk

few pics to update yes, this orange is pretty loud, but once the mess is cleaned, itll look good with my oscars (black/orange) pics... living room/room you walk into house into http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y267/evan938/IMG_2544.jpg?t=1238030723 kitchen getting ready for paint tomorrow. sanded, primed, mudded walls today. tomorrow morning have to sand the mud, and painting starting http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y267/evan938/IMG_2547.jpg?t=1238030723 http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y267/evan938/IMG_2548.jpg?t=1238030723 http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y267/evan938/IMG_2549.jpg?t=1238030723 http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y267/evan938/IMG_2550.jpg?t=1238030723 http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y267/evan938/IMG_2551.jpg?t=1238030723 bathroom floor tiled and grouted. its not 100% perfect, theres a few spots where the tiles are too close or too far apart, but its pretty decent and im happy with it http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y267/evan938/IMG_2553.jpg?t=1238030723 http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y267/evan938/IMG_2555.jpg?t=1238030723
