i went a few years ago and from 530-10 or whenever they ran it til, i got in like 9-10 runs

whats odd is, yesterday, cable guy came out to hook up a new box caus the old one shit out on me...showed me the on demand channel, and all the movies. last night i was flipping thru them like 'eh, lets see what this is'...started watching it, thought it was dumb...get done, start looking at other movies, and realize they're all pay movies. go back to the one i watched, and at the bottom it said i had 22 hours left. so i think i spent like 3-4$ on that movie. decided to go back to watching normal TV. if i want to watch porn, theres much better, free-er shit online

so searching around online, ive come to the conclusion this bike was maybe $150 in its prime, 20 years ago... went to 2 shops tonight, got basically the same thing...tune up, wheel needs trued, new tires (dry rot), tubes, both shops said right around $100, give or take. so if its a cheap bike thats gonna cost me $100 to get decent, and still look like shit, i think i might just end up spending another $125 and get something from wally world or target, that looks decent and much newer. like i said, itll be for casual riding, so im not going to drop major coin now. if i get into it and maybe next summer want to step up, ill do it then...i have this issue where i get into a hobbie and i drop a shitload of $$ on good/great products/parts, then my intrest fades away 6 months later. ill come to my senses ahead of time with this and save money and upgrade later if i feel the need to.

because at 18, and a "manager", you're probably a shift manager making about 8.25/hr i worked there for about 2 years when i was your age driving and pulled in like 15$/hr, and most of it tax free. you're in the wrong section of the company

yeah, cause they're going to drop all that money to get service lines run out to him instead of losing a customer for ~$100/month.

ill check out the performance bikes place in dublin. if it ends up being too much, i might just buy a cheap road bike at wally world. im not looking for anything professional, just something to ride to work a couple times a week and maybe take up to mt vernon to ride the kokosing trail

its a road bike. i just went out, and it the model says "RS 900", and a half ass measure of the up bar shows it to be a 21" bike. quick google search shows its from 88-93, but not much. i just want to see if i can get it fixed up cheap enough to ride it to work a couple times a week. theres a bike trail < 1/8 mile from the house i just bought, and it runs right across the street from my work...probably on the trail for 5-6 miles each way

only one i know of is in gahanna. anyone reccomend any others? i got a free road bike, i think the brand says "giant", and i would like to get new tires, brakes, and see what else it needs done so i can ride it a bit this summer. need to see if its going to be worth it for me to spend the $$ to fix it, or if its just a junk bike, hence the reason i got it for free.

blow is a great movie. i can watch most of my collection alone...my g/f can only watch comedies and chick flicks, and for some reason, any movie you have to use your brain a little to figure out, or pay attention to, she doesnt like. example - "Life of David Gale" (kevin spacey, laura linney). good movie, twisted ending, but she would never watch it.

it was early....10:30ish? bars aren't my kind of thing, but i had friends in from pittsburgh, and we went down there after the clippers game whats funny/dumb is we went in there, had some drinks, went down to lodge bar about 10:35, came back to brothers at 11:10, and the guy at the door says (and i quote)..."i know you were in here earlier, but i can't let you in because of your jersey"...WTF!. i havent been gone 45 minutes, and regardless, theres 10 people i can see in there with OSU jerseys...thats when we headed down to park st, stayed there about 1/2 hour until i got a call from a buddy of mine who i work with at brothers, and somehow he got the guy to let me back in with my jersey, and we had some more drinks with them and left by ~12:15 or so. not a bad place, just not my cup of tea.

i saw you and zach leaving brothers saturday night. i then proceeded to park st and got bombarded with fuckers handing out these flyers, and then again on the way back.
