just an update...i borrowed my buddies belt today when i went in, and worked my way up on some leg presses. started at 270 x 10, 320 x 10, 360 x 10, 410 x10, and 450 x 12. my thighs are killing me, but it didnt seem to hurt my back, at all. i hope that means its getting a lot better!

i did that to my boss at donatos, but i was a dick about it. he did something really dumb that pissed me off...i was getting a 20oz cup of pop for the woman at the window (she didnt want a bottle), and while i was filling it, the manager, who i hated anyways, thought i was getting myself something to drink while he was running the dining room, and i was in his way. i waited for the other 2-3 morning drivers to leave (i was scheduled til 5, when my brother was supposed to come in), i put my bank on his desk, left, and left him without a driver for ~3.5 hours. fuck him. i'd still like to punch him in the face if i saw him tomorrow.

tell him only for the next guy. you'll be fine because the liquid will all land behind your car.

fill it back up, and go down the 1/4 with the spray going constantly. im sure the force of water backwards will propel the car forward AT LEAST 1/10 sec difference. unless you have the gay fluid nozzles that snap onto the wiper blade...in that case, disregard my statement above.

the only con i heard was that it was a short movie (like 90 minutes), and once it gets good, it ends.

5'11, 175lbs havent been putting in as much effort as i used to, and a bulging disc from a car accident has been limiting me. bench - 175 2x before my back, i was leg pressing about 510 10x, so i probably could have went higher w/ less reps. been doing more lower weight/higher reps than anything, and mainly all upper body, doc says not to do squats, leg press, etc etc. sucks, but i'd rather be without a bad back my whole life

id be happy if the wii played DVD's like one would think it would.

ive got a stuff a buddy of mine gave me...its adhesive label remover. he worked for a porsche/audi/landrover dealership, and used it for removing all the tape and shit they put to protect the cars during transport. on my old car, there was a vinyl tape around the windows (over the paint...dumb), i tore it off, a shitload of residue, and when i put some of that on it, 3-4 wipes with a rag and it was gone. i dont know if i still have it, but if i do and you want to stop over and use some, im in blacklick. ill post once i get home and check for it

did mine through turbotax, it asked me how much of a rebate i got. i still ended up getting a better refund this year, by a few hundred bucks, than i did last year, and i only claimed a few grand more.

no problem. i'm gonna get this while ive got the time and money, but wont be hooking it up until i move into the new house in a month or so.

i think i'll go for it then. i checked onkyo website, and they show 2 year parts/labor warranty on receivers, which is good. if panasonic offered the same, i wouldnt be having to drop this much $ now unless i had the "want" to upgrade/replace

got this less than 2 years ago at HH gregg. 5 disc changer, i believe about 800w. problem - has issue when turning it on. has been happening for a while. before, i thought it was overheating, i vaccumed out the fan in the back, it worked fine. 2 months later, when i turn it on, gives me "F61" error code, and shuts down immediately. vaccum it out again, works for another couple months. earlier this month, gave the error. cleaned it out, still doing it. took the cover off, used a can of compressed air, got all dust out of fans, boards, etc. put it back together, turned it on, shut down immediatley. it powers up, but wont stay on. the manufacturers warranty ran out after 1 year, and im not going to try to fix it it comes with 2 front speakers, center speaker, 2 rear speakers, and a subwoofer. i also have a rear wireless speaker box. you get a PCMCIA type card that goes into back of unit, and sends a signal to rear speakers. you run wires from speaker to unit, and plug into power source...saves you from having to run wires to the back of your room. have the remote, and im 95% sure i have the manual for the disc changer and probably the original receipt. if you can fix the unit, you get a cheap DVD player/changer. paid $380 2 years ago $150 obo http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y267/evan938/IMG_2449.jpg?t=1233354111 http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y267/evan938/IMG_2448.jpg?t=1233354111

got it. as for the SR-506, while it is $180 cheaper (thru amazon, at least), the unit above comes with the whole set of surround sound speakers. does spending the extra $180 for the matching speakers sound reasonable, or do you think i could get a set of speakers for less money?

ok. so i would run one cable from cable box and one from bluray to each of those. how could i hook up sound from a wii into that system? the component RGB box just right of the orange plugs? then on the unit i will just switch from HDMI-1, HDMI-2, and Component-1?
