deli meats arent a great idea. theyre processed, and have a lot of sodium in them. instead, get the smal turkey breast things about the size of a whole chicken, and cook that up sunday night, put in fridge, and eat it throughout the week. can do that with chicken too +1 on the water filter thing. we bought a 3$ 2.5 gallon water jug/dispenser, and refill it with sink water. the next day you cant tell the difference between that and bottled water black coffee, tea, and water are all good choices. you can also get the crystal light packets to mix into water that arent horrible, and i dont think theres much, if any, sugar in them

good tips. protein, 5-6 small meals a day, cut sugar and high-fructose corn syrup (its in so much shit its not funny), exercise. i got down to 173 (from ~212ish) and last weekend i was back up to 179 and it pissed me off...it wasnt much, but i worked my ass off and it pissed me off to get those 6lbs back. ive been cracking down again this week

damn kirk...thats a fuckload of weight i was working out with a buddy for a bit yesterday. he asked me to spot him while he tried to max @ 365 (he's about 5'11, 170lbs)...almost got it, got about 1/2 way up but couldnt get it...i guess he took his camera with him today and got video of him getting 365lbs. holy shit. i went in tonight, determined to see if i could push my leg press up...was stopping at 450 x 10-12 last couple weeks. guess i was too scared i may injure my back more/again. today went from 450 x10, 475 x10, 500 x10, then 515 x8. whats funny too, is since ive been back to legpress, i havent been having issues with my sciatic nerve giving me random pain down my hip/ass/back of leg.

US version, he hooks wires to chair. weak #2...shooting saint claire in the elevator. european version, initial 2-3 shots while hes alive, then he empties the magazine to finish him. US version, one shot. #3...fight with arab dude at the end. european version, IIRC, at the end of fight he burried that knife/blade into his leg. US version, didnt seem like that happened. i guess they really edited it to get it to the PG-13 rating for us here. im going to search around online and see if the UK version has the crazier torture scene and him loading up saint claire, and has english subtitles for the few french parts. if it does, im going to order it best line "its a flesh wound!"
