i actually met a guy at my buddies place who said he worked at micro center and could get the cables for 9$ for the 16'. buddy said to go up there today to see him about the cables, get there, and no one there had a clue who he was. i was like...wtf? i'd rather wait a couple days to save 30$ then wasting money to get them today, when i dont need them til saturday

finally picked up a new TV, 60" mitsubishi rear projection LCD. WOW is coming out saturday between noon and 2 to hook everything up. now, to get the HD channels, i need HDMI cables, right? do i need a cable for each source? the TV has 3 HDMI inputs. the only things ill be hooking up to it are my cable box, and my DVD player. also, someone directed me to this website, http://www.firefold.com and theres some cables in there for 7$ each. they only offer them in 28, 26, and 24 AWG. the price difference in the 28 to 24 is like an extra 30$. if im just hooking up these 2 sources, should the 7$ cables be enough for me?? heres what im looking at http://www.firefold.com/Products/HDMI-Male-to-HDMI-Male-Digital-Cable--6-Foot--28AWG---Black__HDMI-6-BLK.aspx ...male to male - is that what i should need to hook up the HD DVR box and my DVD player? edit - just checked, apparently my DVD player doesnt have an HDMI port.

power is out for half of my moms apartment in gahanna. she has extension cords running all over. she called the office and they told her they can't get anyone out til tuesday. when she asked how much they were taking off her rent, they kinda laughed until they realized she was dead serious.

i know its not 100% on topic, but i saw on 20/20 or dateline a few months ago people who had the GP surgery, and their diabetes went away. when they tested it on rats, there's a certain part of the intestinal track that once it was bypassed, it rid them of diabetes /off topic post

i got a canon s5 IS that takes great pictures (8.0MP), takes about 35 minutes of video....maybe more...ive got a 4GB stick in it. it will auto seperate, and will zoom in and out during the video. i got it for 300$ at circuit city a couple months ago. i love it. but, if you really need a walmart discount (whopping 10%), my old room mate is an asst. manager over there, and im sure he could get it, but you'd only be saving 20-30$, which is probably more in gas to get over to the east side to get it and get home

i just went through the same thing a couple months ago, and the flex pipe had rotted out. 54$ for a new one on ebay, and 3 hours fighting with stubborn rusted bolts

nevermind. google is my friend. fuck the one in kenton. im not gonna rush through my saturday to get out there for the end of the day when johnstown is 15 min away and i can spend all of monday out there. i'll probably be heading up with a guy from work monday, anyone else wanna meet up there? i dont think the g/f is going this year as she hated it last year, so i can shop around for a while without hearing "are we almost done yet??"

SF = slim frame...still a 45 austin - i haven't even shot the g26. its so similar to my M&P, and my M&P holds 2 more rounds on the standard base, i dont see the point of having 2 similar guns...plus, my M&P is already fixed up with a nice holster, trigger job, barrel work, night sites, 4 mags, etc

im pretty sure its people calling in with broken windshields that need to get them fixed/replaced, so i dont know why they'd be pissed at you.. unless you're talking about me at ADS, which is collections, then yes, i deal with some shitty people on days. the girl below me was saying at safelight you get a .50 cent raise for every 3 insurance companies you take on, and each one is like a 4 hour class...she said there wasn't a limit on how often you could take them, so theoretically, you could be making 13-14$/hr in a couple months if you bust your ass and get some ins companies under your belt

FUCK YES! i litterally LOL'd at the end of that. fucking great!

lol. my family bought a home gym in my teen years, it got used about 1 month, then served as a scratching post for the cats. my mom eventually gave it away to one of the patients at her dr. office. best bet is to spend the 30$/mo on a gym membership. they'll do the automatic withdrawl, so if you stop going, you'll see them still taking money and get your ass back in there. lol

your insurance will usually cover it so you dont have to pay anything out of pocket. call them, and they'll set up an appointment to have someone come to you to repair it.

oh, if you get back to working out, muscle will burn calories a lot faster than fat will. i was doing weight training for a while, then just got back into jogging and a little bit less on the weights. helping me keep off the weight pretty easily. my original goal was 180 (where im at now), but now that im here, i'd like to get down another 10lbs or just get rid of my gut, which is whats remaining. im pleased with the results everywhere else.

ive been working at it about 1 year, and went from 212 to about 181 today. eat more food (than you are now), but eat 5-6 meals a day. it boosts your metabolism, and your body isn't storing food, because it knows it will be getting more in a couple hours. cut sodium, drastically. it makes you retain water. keep off sweets. i really havent changed a lot of my diet. i dont drink pop any more, but really, i stopped drinking 2-3 cans/bottles a day in high school, so that wasnt much of a change. i try to chose something with chicken/turkey in it over burgers now. my dad is/was a big guy like you. he's probably 6'2 and if i had to guess, was around 340lbs. he got on this "body for life" program, stayed on it for about 6 months, and dropped like 75lbs. it will give you a test to figure out what kind of body type you are, and give you an eating plan to show you what foods will be best for you. for my g/f, she did it, and red meats kill her, so it has her on fish, chicken, turkey, etc, fresh greens, fruits/vegies (a lot...theres still a few that arent great for her), etc. she did it for the 6 weeks like it suggests, and dropped about 28lbs. she has kept it off...she wants to lose more, but she's too lazy to get back on the diet and stick to it. i was shocked how much it helped my dad though, because he's been big ever since i can remember
