  2. you cant plug it into the charger and turn it on ???
  3. o/t but i saw you driving past me leaving butters bar last night as i was leaving. i had on the OSU t-shirt. whats funny is i've only seen your car in your sig and passing me once on stygler, and i knew it was your car before you got close enough to see who was driving it
  4. i was gonna say, i sleep better after some rigorous activities...wether it be going to the gym and jogging/biking/swimming, sex, doin work around the house, etc. doesnt have to be right before bed. i hit the gym about 730 til ~9pm, and if i want to sleep at 9pm or midnight, my body is ready for it
  5. QFT. as soon as i saw "necklace" and "kittens", i knew you were right. but back on topic, im not sure...where did the last one come from?
  6. i saw people doing it while i was enjoying some relaxing cabrewing.
  7. i've heard about the brook's from a co worker who used to run a foot locker. ill probably check out the place on lane the last couple weeks though, ive been running 2 miles, biking about 7.5 miles in around 20 min, and getting back to swimming. friday i was able to do the length of the pool and back 10 times (500 yards). just my luck they shut it down today for 2 weeks for cleaning/annual maintenence. been doing this mon/wed/fri and take the weekends off. i was doing the elliptical months ago but it didnt seem like i was working hard enough to feel anything, which is why i started jogging a while back
  8. last couple weeks ive actually been thinking of starting to look for an inexpensive home toward beginning to mid 09, that way i can stop wasting money by renting
  9. i dont run outside. when i try, it hurts the joints in my knees...probably from the hard ground, and never running in my life. im running at the gym on the treadmills now, until i can build up my legs enough to be able to run outside.
  10. they're saucony grids.
  11. musta been a day for bug pics. snapped this pic of a moth that flew in when i went to tend to the grill. cool design on it. http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y267/evan938/IMG_1672.jpg?t=1219034033
  12. i've been trying to get my ass into shape over the last year. so far, ive dropped about 28-32lbs, depending on the day (lol). i was running for a while, was getting shin splints, so i stopped, then started weight lifting with a buddy of mine. for 6 or 7 months...well, i want to get back to running. it helps me control my asthma a bit better, and i feel good when i do. the last week or so, ive been able to run 2 miles, which is the first time in my life ive done so. friday i did it in about 17:30, which was around 7mph problem is, im getting shin splints...im sure its either because im flat footed as hell, or im running wrong. i checked a couple things online and have tried to adjust my running. it also says i may want to try some arch supports. meijers had a few available, about $5-$10 for a pair, but then i saw the dr. scholls machine, hopped on it, and it gave me the size they reccomend. what sucks is that they're 50$/pair. are these something i should drop some coin on to get, or are they for day to day activities? i picked up one of the cheap pairs, and im hoping they help me out a bit. TIA for any tips/advice
  13. yeah, i wouldnt even think about it

    towing..

some things can suprise you. my 2003 hyundai elantra was in the top 10 vehicles to tow... IIRC, it could tow somethign like 3000lbs. from a 2.0l I4.
  17. he's always quoted like that. it annoys me too, but not enough to correct someone on something that little.
  18. glad it came apart. now check before putting it back together. with my elantra, once the TOB was on the PP, it didnt come out. therefore, i had to get a new PP and TOB. you put the TOB on the fork. bolt the fork in place, then attach bell housing to engine, and turn fork so it pushes TOB onto the PP. it should hold it in place the same as when it was stuck for you
  19. again, it must be that most of the members here bang super models.
  20. yeah, thats what we said too. but it rained at 2pm every day we were there, and stayed cloudy the rest of the day. not really much sun after then. if you want some sun and good views at the beach, get there about 10am. and depending on how far you are from st. augustine beach, you can check out the dune cracker on st. augustine beach, about 1/8 mile south of the st. johns county fishing pier. also, panama hatties, conch house near the bridge of lions (bit more expensive but great food), reef house over the bridge on A1A and north about 3 miles...right on the ocean (also a little more expensive but great food). just south of st. augustine beach is "the world famous oasis", good food, decent price. A1A ale works near historic st augustine, and O.C. Whites just around the corner from there. needless to say, we had A LOT of good food when we were there
  21. i think i remember seeing signs for that when we were there a couple weeks ago. we flew into jacksonville, drove to st. augustine, and took a half day to go to daytona it should start raining there for you in about 2 hours 14 minutes.
  22. what the fuck. i dont know the kid, but thats some fucked up/funny shit. i guess it makes it 10x worse when you're on the forum its posted on. if it was some other random forum and we didnt know him, i'd be pretty gay. how do you show up after something like this? lol
  23. they're always hiring. the girl that lives below me works there. im just down the street at ADS
  24. is it a manual transmisson? i know its a totally different car, but in my elantra, it was a pull type clutch, and the fork arm held it together. i ended up having to remove the bolt holding the arm in, lift up the piece with the spline so that i could turn it the opposite way and it broke free just fine if this didnt help at all, sorry
  25. i think it said something about needing to be 16 in the year of the olympics, so say the birthday is dec 15, they're 15 now, but still eligible because they'll be 16 by end of year
