the problem with a 300-400hp hyundai is its not targeting the right crowd. if they came out with it tomorrow with a 30-35k price tag, 99% of people would say no thanks theres been word about a rwd tib or a replacement for a couple years now. when i was at s3 last year the hyundai rep said that the 07 tib would get a facelift again, and the 08-09 will be coming out with a larger engine and RWD. i hope he is right

lol. i checked out the site, doesnt look like an agency im familiar with, but that FACS system they use, its the same one i use at the collection agency i work at.

so my exhaust rusted out on my 95 gsr. a guy called me and told me he had a stock one from his 94 gsr for sale for 40$. i pick it up, and take it to my dads place to install it. after snapping both bolts at the midpipe/muffler flange (i guess thats what you get from 12 year old bolts), i try to fit the new muffler into place. i get it hung on the rubber hangers, and when i try to mate it up to the mid pipe, i find out its about 2" short, and the flange is completely off...probably 45 degrees, maybe a bit more. so was there a difference in the exhausts from 94 to 95?? i need to get this fixed as cheap as possible and as quick as possible. i PMed the guy from slowmotion, since theyre quite close to me. i think as long as i can get 2-3" of pipe and a new flange welded onto the stock pipe, i should be able to bolt it to the muffler any ideas on what this should run me??

wow...sounds like a PITA. with my old hyundai, it had a trap door and i could change the fuel pump and filter in 45 minutes...trap door FTW

i checked with state farm, they wanted (with renters insurance) about 1600/6 months. checked with allstate, turns out the guy quoted me on less coverage, for the same as what im paying w/ progressive now, it came out to 167/mo. added renters insurance today, its going to drop it about 15$/mo to around 152-153. needless to say, im quite happy with allstate right now now to just let time take its toll and wait for it to drop 5% every 6 months from a clean record (knock on wood)

i had an accident and franklin co sheriff, no one showed, ticket was thrown out, no ins hike. im sure no points speeding tickets will count...when i got a ticket in dec/jan of this year, and was looking at some things online, it said that things like a speeding ticket 5 under in a 45mph or less (i think) zone there was no fine i pleaded that ticket down to equipments violation, and when i was shopping for insurance last couple weeks, they all saw it as such, not even speeding

probably needs it to have any sort of decent acceleration with those monster wheels

why do you want to be able to go to 10k rpms? its not gonna matter how high your engine will rev if you're not making power past a certain point i think the guy from slowmotion (josh maybe??) whos got the boosted teg only goes to 9500, because anything after that hes not making any more power as for boost, it depends on how much power you're looking to get

i can not seem to catch a break w/ AEP. my apartment is all electric. i moved in in may, was about 75$/mo. around september/oct was around 90, last few months its been 100-110, which i understand... today i get my bill, and its jumped to $152.12! i dont know why the hell it would be this high. im hardly here, when im not, all the lights/tvs are turned off, the thermostat hasnt moved in about 3 months (keep it at 72), and i even changed the furnace filter recently. about the only thing that has changed (which i would be shocked if it raises the bill this much) is i got a snake, which runs a friggin 50w bulb. the bill says from jan-feb i used 1441 KWH, and from feb-mar i used 2273 KWH. WTF!?
