Found a few locally im gonna look at this weekend, and pick up one of them. Figured id see if anyone knows of one FS not listed online to throw into the mix last miinute Newer year the better $15-16k max No more than ~50k miles, less is better Special edtion, limited, or if hell froze over and the price is right, a GT. Very little body work needed (i know its used but would like as nice as possible). This includes curb rashed wheels NO black cars. Prefer manual transmission, but i see how hard they are to find, so im not holding my breath

Understandable in that situation, but what about someone like me who rides 3-4x/wk, has close to 3k miles logged this year? Its nice to have upgraded features. Your opinion on how much of a difference it makes is yours alone, but i bet anyone who rides a decent amount would argue it with you. And just for example, last 2 years, i rode a used bike, 5cm too big for me, bottom line components. Upgraded this year with the intentions of doing a lot more. Bike is more comfortable, lighter, and more precise shifting. Due to this, i enjoy riding more, and so far have about 2.5x the miles i had all of last year, and i still have a couple months of good weather for riding.

you know, if i didnt have adult things to do during the summer, like, oh, i dont know, work, tending to a house, etc, i could do 1k miles in 2-3 weeks. summer vacation is what...3 months? 11 miles/day? thats easy as for your comment about the bikes you see, would you rather drive a shitty kia rio with base everything, or something a bit nicer with better things in it...lets say a maxima or a legacy. you'd be surprised the difference some things can make. i physically noticed a difference in how i rode with some upgraded wheels (mavic ksyrium elite/SLs). when i rode a full carbon Domane at the trek demo day my buddies wife was running, the responsiveness of the steering was night and day to my bike. the di2 electric shifting is so precise and fast its not funny. shit like that costs money. is everyone going to race? no. but why not get something better than the bottom line product? 3k will get you a decent entry level carbon bike. i could see your point if i saw mass amounts of people out on team level bikes, which i dont.

you're probably thinking of the Ultrasports. like $20/tire? i had them, they're OK, but i wont run them again. the gatorskins are a heavier tire...thats the tradeoff for the puncture protection. looking online, about 280g for wire bead, 230g/folding tire. i just got to about 2k miles on the ultrasports i bought this year, and got a bunch of flats last few weeks (couple while riding, 3 before i started a ride one day...fucking horse shit) i was about to get the Continental Grand prix 4000s, which is what most of the guys i ride with run, but they're like $55/each. you can get a twinpack on ribble or probikekit from europe for like $87 shipped, which is a little better. I was actually driving to bicycle one in pickerington to pick them up when my buddy called and said he had some Vittoria Rubino Pro IIIs, still new in the boxes, got em for $40 for the pair, what he got them on sale for. riding them for a couple weeks now, about 200 miles, they're decent. i'd run them again, unless i find a killer deal on the GP4000s online this winter. something under $80/pair i'll snag em. the rubinos you should be able to find for $30/each or so

i wouldnt say im a mountain biker, but i have been out a few times this year. my buddies wife works for Trek, and we've gotten some superfly 100 demos on her demo days. done alum p2 twice, and this past weekend did john bryan full loop (11.5mi or so?) then one of the shorter loops (one 3.5 and one 4.5) with my buddy and his wife on their cyclocross bikes if anyone wants to go out and has an extra bike i can ride, LMK. its a blast, i just cant justify getting into it when i have to drive somewhere everytime i want to do it. at least with my road bike, i can start at my front door and go pretty much anywhere i want to. right now im content with a demo bike every few weeks. lol

Theres 2 boxes already, and i have an air purifier in the laundry room for the smell already. Trust me, ie been through enough trying to stop/correct it. Im done. I hate to get rid of him and my cat not have one to be around while im not home, but im fed up with cleaning a litterbox, AND piss off the ground not 10 feet away

His litter box has been in that room since i moved here. It happens more when the furnace/AC run more often than not. Fall/spring when they dont run as much, it doesnt happen as often. Unfortunately, i do not have another place to put them that wont stink up my entire house.

there's 2 seperate boxes, and i would assume the other uses both, but i dont follow them in every time they go in and usually im not home or awake to see them.
