my mom does it, said at the end of the year if it ends up being more/less than the plan, you pay the difference or get a refund. i actually just switched to it at my last bill. it was only like $34 but to do the budget they said $55/mo. you can actually do like 10% more if you want, so i did. it'll be $60/mo and i wont have to worry about fluctuating bills all winter plus, i beleive she said they'll actually send you the bill with "actual use" so you can see what it would've been off the plan

Bump! 560 miles in september, im over 3500 for the year. If i dont get another mile in (which wont happen) i'd be happy. Now to see if i can crack 4000 by years end. Gonna be tough with all the weekday evening rides ended and the days getting shorter. Weekends are all ive really got now, and my trainer, but im not counting trainer miles like i know some people do.

Can't find the answer I'm looking for on the BMV website, and it's been years since I last did this. I just need to transfer the tags from my old car, to my new one. What do I need to take to the BMV? Just the registration from the old vehicle and the memorandum title to the new one, and my ID? Anything else I'll need? And does anyone recall the price to have it transferred? Thanks in advance.
