Tax appraisal doesn't really mean shit other than your taxes. My last bank appraisal was only ~8% less than what I paid, as well as recent sales of this same house (actually not even as nice(older and outdated)) in the same neighborhood.

They did a reeval in 2008 and didn't move mine shit because I had purchased in the last 6 months, so everyone else got a 10% reduction in the neighborhood except me. I was gonna fight it but never got around to it. I got 23% of my last assessed value knocked off. Funny thing is, houses like mine are still selling for ~ 8% less than what I paid in my neighborhood, but the most recent sales on my street were 1 1/2 years ago and sold quickly at a loss for WAYYY cheap.

Who else got their reappraisals today? I am saving $700 per year!

I don't see it as a big deal. In HS we had a kid who was terrible but played special teams because his parents paid for the player meals before and after the games as well as other equipment and so on. It happens everywhere and 1 roster spot for a kid who is decent enough for practice squad doesn't bother me. I would be pissed if it was something like a shitty starting QB's parents were giving millions to the coach's charity or whatever.

Most places will do CareCredit which is actually a credit card. You will be hard pressed to find a clinic that will set up a contract with you as a new client. Most likely they will want their money, which is where CareCredit comes in. Just confirmed with my sister who works at MedVet, they are CareCredit only and do not do their own financing.

Make 100% positive you have FELINE flea preventative. You WILL KILL the cats if you use dog flea treatment. Anyone that has used dog treatment on their cats and the cat is still alive, they should consider themselves very very lucky.

What storage is in the Ford? In my Chevy I have an upper glovebox, lower glove box, center console, and a lockbox under the center console. Every other Chevy I have owned had a glovebox and a center console, that's it. So my 2010 has twice the storage of the 2 2004's I have owned
