    V10 Ram?

Because for many weekend warriors a nice gas engine is more cost effective when you do the analysis between the extra cost of the diesel truck + the higher cost of fuel + higher maintenance costs vs MPG. The only people I can think of on here that would have a true benefit from a diesel truck would be Sam and Erik. Maybe there are some others that haul heavy equipment daily, but to take your car to the track and back 3 times a year or to haul mulch in the spring, a gas truck is just fine.
  8. Those were the tires I had on my Ram. Never had to put it in 4wd last winter except backing of the snowpile at the bottom of my driveway

    V10 Ram?

We have pulled 45' fully loaded 8 horse trailers with automatics and never had to start in a different gear (for anything, loaded or unloaded). You are talking HEAVY fucking loads to need anything more than a nice gas engine and an auto with good gearing in a truck.

  12. K. You can move to Buffalo and sit on the Thruway for over 24 hours like people did the other day
  13. May be this year, I think it was last year.
  14. maybe because they don't know. I think it was snuck in with the late fee law. My insurer knew all about it.
  15. In other words, Ohio went ahead and screwed the pooch on seasonal vehicles as stated in the FR code by defining what a seasonal vehicle is in another law. That is why this year insurance companies are telling people they need to carry liability.
  16. Seasonal is defined in the fee waiver. as (1) motorcycles, (2) mopeds, (3) golf carts, (4) all-purpose vehicles (e.g., snowmobiles and all-terrain vehicles), and (5) noncommercial trailers that are used seasonally. That is what we were told this past January. If your vehicle is not one of those, it is not seasonal.
  17. No. If you get randomly audited, which YOU agreed to, and your vehicle is not defined as seasonal, you are fucked.
  18. which is the form you sign when getting your tags. That you agree to carry liability while the car is registered and that you agree to the random checks.
  19. If they send you a letter and your vehicle is not what is defined as a seasonal vehicle, you are fucked.
  20. That's what my grandpa did was change his umbrella around.
  21. Ohio defines seasonal vehicles as
  22. so have I. The state law even states that EVERY registered vehicle must carry proof of financial responsibility. You were told wrong.
  23. Not true. You sign a form stating that in order to have this vehicle registered in the state of ohio you have to carry liability insurance. Went through this last year with my grandpa's vehicles. You have to turn in your plates to do that.
