I've gotten sick off of beer maybe 4 times in my life, 2 of those I don't remember, 1 I was sick the next morning, the other time it was a night that I drank a ton of High Life and I have never been sicker.

I'm all in favor of a "loser accuser" pays system. it would cut down on sooooo many lawsuits and malpractice suits.

Actually, high end beer sales absolutely soar in a shitty economy. It's one of life's little pleasures I guess. Well... .45 is more accurate than 9mm. It's a heavier slower bullet. So if you become proficient with a 9mm a .45 would make you shit your pants on how accurate you can be with it.

I can imagine. When I was a kid our sump pump malfunctioned and put 7" of water in our 2000 sq ft basement. It was miserable.

It's also a federal tax (gift tax) so the BMV doesn't really give a shit on the value of the gift. They would rather that you say $1 so that the state gets their $.05 and the county gets their $.025 cents
