  1. Wyoming somewhere http://jacksonhole.locale.com/media/galleries/jackson+wy/regions/surrounding+wyoming+real+estate/wyoming_ranch_real_estate.jpg I've actually looked at buying land there a few times, but it;s just such a pain in the ass to get there and back.
  2. I'll try it next time im at the gf's parents. She is from WNY. They actually live off of Genesee Road, lol. Her name in Jennifer but her gramps started calling her "Jenny" because he would sit her on his lap and say that he has his "2 favorite Jennys" His Genny Light and his granddaughter, lol. too much info I know, just didn't think anyone in Columbus drank it.
  3. There is nothin better than a Genny and a Beef on Weck
  4. Jimmy V's is opening at State and College
  5. I'm not. I am saying that this shows that people got into things they didn't understand. I didn't change the direction of the thread at all and I never said that you couldn't afford your obligations. That is true. You can't deny that. You have a right to be pissed, but saying that the mortgage company "duped" you is complete bullshit. You didn't do your research and you didn't know what you were doing. I don't have any loan balances, so I am sure you can afford mine too.
  6. Or you could do this thing called due diligence before you buy a home and figure all this stuff out before you take on a large liability. I don't really have any sympathy for people who just figure it out when they get their bill.
  7. Lol, no it's not. Not in the least. It's a case of you not doing your research and not understanding what you were signing. Taxes and insurance are going to go up over time.
  8. I know a girl I used to be friends with had her insurance skyrocket because FEMA rezoned a bunch of Dominion houses by Easton about this time last year. They caught it at closing, but if your insurance is renewing just now, they may not have caught it if you are in this zone.
  9. Not to be an ass to you, because I like you and I'm not trying to make the situation worse for you... But shit like this is exactly why the economy is in the shape it is in. People agree to mortgages where they have no idea what they are doing.
  10. The skin on the F-22 was extremely expensive to maintain... $44,000/hr to run 1
  11. SecDef Gates wanted the cuts. He was a Bush appointee
  12. I don't know what the fuck you are talking about. They had been debating it for a while, but a decision was not made until today at 1 pm. Congress wanted more, SecDef Gates said no. They were fighting about it, took a vote today at 1, and then came to a conclusion that the program would be cut. So, that means, the program was not cut until 1pm today.
  13. The senate voted down funding at 1pm today
  14. $44,000/hour to operate one
  15. Yes you can with 30 day notice
  16. Here is the real answer. You were on month to month lease. The landlord has the right to terminate that lease at the end of a period with 30 day noticed. You're boned Source: Father and Grandpa, combined 78 years experience
  17. I guess everyone telling you to put in a projector has never been in a house with a wall of windows like that, He would never be able to see it during the day, unless he put in motorized custom blinds, which are more than you can afford pal. Anyways, nice house, who was the builder?
  18. LJ

    coin places?

If you go to Allen's make sure you ask to see "Eddie"
  19. Um no. I grew up on a farm myself. I know what a farm is. My GF works at the OSU Vet Hospital and you should see some of the bills that these farmers have for their small animals. Let's also not forget that most farmers have ambulatory vets that do mixed animal practice. Just because you don't see them sitting in the local boutique vet clinic, doesn't mean they don't spend a lot of money on their animals.
  20. Wrong. Many of the people that spend the most on dogs are farmers. I think you are confusing "farmer" with "hillbilly"
  21. Well, the website isn't loading, but Briar Rabbit is a public range and has a 400 yard range
  22. Umm no. Many farmers spend more on their animals than you do on cars.
