  1. not really, most of it is skewed and taken out of context. I don't have all the stuff anymore, but in one of my classes we were able to prove something like 90% of their proof to be false
  2. Oregon is still a 2nd tier school in terms of football. They may have been 2nd in the Pac-10, but they bitched and moaned about not going to a BCS game and then got beat by a mediocre OU team. Beating up on teams like Montana and Houston don't really say much
  3. It is probably a personality test more than anything
  4. I don't pay any special charge for insurance.... anytime I have broken a phone or one went bad on me I never paid anything. They just send me a phone without a battery and i go on with life. One I had for like 2 years and they sent me a new one without a battery, then I upgraded for free about 4 weeks later.... Edit... I just thought about it and it probably has to do with the fact that I have been with T-Mobile since they were Aerial or whatever, then changed again, then went to t-mobile
  5. Ummm....because they are good....

BTW, I can vouch for the car AND the seller... I installed the exhaust and the H-Pipe when I had it. H-Pipe was professionaly installed. The car gets it for just the mods it has done. Throw some 3.73's and a 100 shot on it and you will have a pretty quick car

  8. I think it is shitty you have to pay phone insurance through verizon.....through t-mo if you phone stops working you get a free one, if you break and and have been with them for a while, you can get a new one for $25 or free
  9. You know.... I have NEVER had a problem with T-Mobile coverage and I travel a decent amount.....
  10. NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER skip renter's insurance. It is like $100/year and usually the savings on your insurace is enough that you save a couple bucks and the renter's insurance comes out to be free. You realized renter's insurance cover's more than just your shit. Say someone came over, slipped and fell in your kitchen, broke their neck... you have no renter's insurance, you are fucked..... It is like a general liability insurance

    Paypal Complaint

don't mess with paypal, if you used a credit card through your paypal account, call the credit card company and dispute the charge. It is a pain in the ass getting money back from pay pal
  16. It's a state law, you sign a contract when you get your license that if you refuse a breathalizer your license is automatically taken away for 1 year. There are no if ands or buts about it

I believe that is pretty right... I don't know where you got your info that the president has to have congress's approval to send troops anywhere... The President can send troops anywhere he wants, Congress has to declare war

  20. I guess I am going to have to be Devil's Advocate and tell you that you shouldn't try to make an argument about things that you don't understand.... When you buy an option, it always has a maturity date, that date is always the 3rd friday of the month of expiration. On this date you either sell the option to give someone the right to buy 1 contract (100 shares) or you exercise the option (you buy those shares for the exercise price on the option) Anytime you own an option, you always have the right to exercise it. An option is also priced at a lower price than than the actual stock and is priced using intrinsic and time value, meaning that the difference between the exercise price and the current stock price, plus a time value (the maturity of the stock) I don't feel like running a whole pricing model right now (I'm too tired to run a black scholes model) but if you bought a 2 year june leap option on Halliburten with an exercise price of $21 with the current price of $78.4 for about $65ish a share (remember, you buy options in contracts, meaning, 100 shares)... What does all that mean?? It means that his options were NOTHING special other than being deeply in the money and having a steep cost to buy options that deeply in the money. Why does it even have to be brought up what the option exercise price was? You could've bought leap options on Microsoft when their stock was low and made a killing after exercising the option and selling it off... You know what would've been more shady? If he had put options and then made money off of that! I'll let you look that one up yourself. oh and so STFU
