Once again, wrong.....
There is no legal liability of the repair. With most glass shops that do repairs if you don't like the repair or it fails, they will credit the cost to the replacement. I don't know what kind of liability you could be reffering to because 99% of the time the customer agrees to that repair. Also most glass shops repairs will pass BMV inspection in all 50 states ( I work for a glass company, I would quit while you are ahead)
You probably had a repair. Lots of insurance companies waive the deductable for a repair. State Farm just recently stopped doing this. Some states have this special law where you can purchse something on your policy called a "glass waiver" which means that your deductable is waived for any glass work. States like Arizona, Minn., Mass., have this endorsement. Kentucky and South Carolina require that the deductable be waived for all glass and in Florida the deduct must be waived for the windshield only
Wrong... Many will do the repair depending on their repair process.
What insurance company do you have Jesse? I know most large insurance companies (minus State Farm) waive your deductable for a repair although you are responsible for the comp deduct on the replacement.
He is a complete idiot in my mind. Complete blind hatred of white people. I am not going to go any further because people like this ARE people that should be beat to death. It is people like him who are making this country WORSE when it comes to race
Doubtful, USC is nothing more than a team with a good tailback, a good QB with nice talent around him and good overall team speed. They are too cocky and Texas will show them what's up. ND is a good team, but nowhere as good as Texas IMO. Texas has a much stronger defense than ND.
No one's vagina is bleeding, USC cheated. There is no doubt about it. Aiding the runner is...guess what....cheating!!!! It is one thing to run up and push a pile, but it is another to blatently run up and single handedly push the ball carrier into the endzone. Refs either need to call that penalty, or the rule needs to be taken out... but for now it is a rule....therefore USC cheated
Plus the whole assisting the runner which is actually a penalty but no ref's ever call it. Bush shoved Leinhart into the endzone which is actually illegal and like a 5 or 10 yard penalty. Just ask Amanda Clearcreek
THanks but I go to Otterbein...it is a little different getting an internship there. Recruiters really don't come to our campus often. Our career center is worthless
I MUST get an internship for the summer of 2006. If anyone has any leads or can offer an intern position for a finance major who will be 3/4's of the way done with a B.A. in finance, please let me know. Thanks
You didn't have a freakin hood!!!!!
Anyways, on the road right off of New Albany Rd east, I believe it is called West Campus, they have a semi trailer that is set up with a radar and camera catching people speeding into the "columbus" area.
