I want to sell and move closer to the city. But I'm fucked for I dunno how long. I just can't afford to take a 20 or 30k hit. I'm going to wait until spring and then speak with a real-estate attorney and my credit union to see if there is anything I can do to get out. Maybe roll it into the next house or something.

Oh, there is also a World Gym right down Hilliard-Rome in front of the Odd Lots. It's a nice place, was just built about three years ago.

They're building a HUGE Gold's on Hilliard-Rome right next to Sams Club. It's supposed to be opening soon, and they have a temporary set up across the street.

My neighborhood was the same way when I first built. It changed quickly. Just be cognizant that houses can lose value and be prepared for that.

Unless you're planning on staying for a while, I would re-consider. Most cookie-cutter houses aren't worth shit for the first 10 years or so and they'll lose value. What part of town will play a lot into that. I'm ass-deep in that shit right now.

Never in the history of CR has there been an action where I was afraid of explaining my justification. Any member at any time is welcome to PM me and ask why I've done something and I'll be glad to answer. I’ll even provide proof of actions if it’s necessary. For what it’s worth, almost every action we take as administrators is talked about between us before it’s taken. So, chances are, we both know exactly what’s going on. Neither of us run around here like unrestrained children pushing our personal will. We check against each other. It’s always been that way.
