  2. Picked this up this morning: http://www.engadget.com/2008/08/29/production-chevy-volt-interior-and-exterior-spy-shots-leaked/
  3. Hurst. Good luck with the part-out + project! Forgot to tell you, I saw you cruising a couple weekends ago on 161 near old Dublin. Car looked great!
  4. I was completely on the side of Time Warner when BTN launched. I thought it ridiculous for a football conference to strong-arm networks in the pursuit of further (massive) profits. But you know what, a year later, Time Warner lost. I was happy to put up with it for a year while they fought it out. If BTN would have lost, I'd have been just as happy. All I want is the damn games.
  5. It's about friggin' time the Time Warner brass got off their horses.

  7. Put me down for notice on brand of shifter, please.
  8. Need snow tires for the TrailBlazer and Plastic Fantastic. Derek.....
  9. These are alumni tickets, so I don't know where they are yet. We should get them in a week or two. Previous years have been A-deck but I cannot promise. Selling as a pair only for face value, $124. Anyone/general public can use these! We really wanted v. OU or YSU, friend sold us their OU tickets for face value so we're paying it forward.
  10. Good opinions in here, thank you all for your insight. I'm gonna head to Target tonight to check out a pair of cheapies. I gotta do something soon, my eyes are killing me. LOL
  11. I was talking about the downtown Goodyear.
  12. Yes, that's him. It's not a Trans Am.
  13. I dunno if it will directly benefit Derek and Dave. The downtown location is usually pretty busy. I'd be surprised to see it close.
  14. This isn't nearly severe enough to warrant it.
  15. You had glasses when you were a kid...
  16. I'm considering that too. ~$20 seems like a cheap way to decide if full-time wearing is really for me.
  17. As much as this pains me to say, I need glasses. I still have 20/20 vision, but my eye exam revealed that my muscles are working too hard to near focus, which is causing distance focus issues and giving me terrible strain and discomfort. The eye doctor recommended at the very least a set of reading glasses, but said I'd do much better to get a bi-focal. 1) Is it really worth it to get a bi-focal and wear them more regularly than to get a set of readers that I take on and off as needed? I went to Rinkov and while I was pleased with my exam, they were pretty high-pressure on the glasses up sell. 2) Is there a more down to earth and/or cheaper place to get my prescription filled? I have insurance, but they only pay x amount. Thanks.
  18. I love mine for what it is. Nearly 100k, bought at 52k. I have replaced the cam phazer and a wheel bearing. It just now needs brakes, which are original. They're easy on tires and most other normal "wear" parts. Mine is an I6 with 3.27's, I average 22mpg on the freeway, seen as high as 26. City averages 19. I second the door panels squeaking, the console only does in the winter. Overall, it's a heck of a truck for the price. I would (and probably will) buy one again. Maybe an SS in a year or two...
  19. My wife and I don't run, but we "power" walk (12-13 minutes/mile usually) - a lot. In the beginning we both had a lot of weird issues, I got shin splints like crazy and she had muscle cramps. The best step (ha) we took was going to a real running/walking-focused shoe store and let them measure us up, talk about our habits and goals, and allowed them to select the proper shoes for us. We went to and I highly recommend Frontrunner on Lane Avenue. Most of their pricing is in-line with internet pricing when you factor in shipping, and the personal attention is well worth an extra couple bucks. Don't skimp on your shoes.
