  1. Had to take a test recently to get my license changed to an Ohio one and there was a question about the left lane on the test. Left lane is for faster moving traffic and for passing, if you are doing neither than Ohio says GET THE FUCK OVER!
  2. Not looking to trade sorry.
  3. The trans is a stage 2 Lonnie Diers built transmission, converter is a 9.5 billet 2800, turbo is a billet 6262DBB w/ ported shroud. I was running 25-26 psi on a TE-44 with a alkycontrol methanol kit, motor has never missed a beat. Other mods worth noting are 214/204 cam, ported intake, 62MM TB and plenum, Turbotweak alky chip, FMIC, and rear suspension goodies. These new billet turbos are thriving at higher PSI and the motors are taking to them very well, at 23 psi I am not even in its efficiency range. I am not sure how up to date you have stayed with Buicks but anymore, more and more people are running higher PSI on these motors with good results. On alky with a good tune 26+ psi is possible as long as you are not knocking. At that point any knock you do join the DOTC. One guy just ran 10.90's on a TA-49 and stock D-5 with alky running 30psi. This winter my plan is to put a girdled stroker motor in the car and max out the 6262.
  4. If it is rained out the GN may make it after all, we shall see.
  5. I cannot seem to post in the right section lately, could a Mod move this to the appropriate section.
  6. As much as is pains me to do I am putting my 2005 Warrior up for sale. I love this bike to death but recent circumstances is forcing me to sell. The bike is in great condition and was always garaged while I owned it. Oil changed after every season I have owned it and recently put on a new rear tire that has less than 300 miles. The bike has Churchkeys V-BAK, Vance and Hines Pro-Pipe exhaust, and Dynojet PC-III with usb. New battery just over a month ago. The bike is a blast to ride with the big 1700 and handles surprisingly well for being a cruise. I am asking $6250. http://i174.photobucket.com/albums/w117/blackbuick1987/IMG00083-20100419-1927-1.jpg http://i174.photobucket.com/albums/w117/blackbuick1987/IMG00082-20100419-1926-1.jpg http://i174.photobucket.com/albums/w117/blackbuick1987/IMG00084-20100419-1928.jpg http://i174.photobucket.com/albums/w117/blackbuick1987/IMG00191-20091002-171683-1.jpg http://i174.photobucket.com/albums/w117/blackbuick1987/IMG00194-20091002-172286.jpg http://i174.photobucket.com/albums/w117/blackbuick1987/IMG00193-20091002-171785.jpg The sissy bar in the pics is not on the bike but will be included. I can get more pics upon request.
  7. Still trying to figure that out, I am leaning towards the driveshaft got knocked out of balance when new ujoints were installed causing the transmission to crack which caused the driveshaft to bind and lockup up while on the dyno. Won't know entirely until the tranny is taken apart.
  8. DS loop was on and really did save the car from a lot of damage. Could have been much worse.
  9. I will be attending one of these once the Buick is up and going again. It's only like 10 minutes from me so why not!
  10. Not all windshield washer fluid has meth in it. You actually have to do some research and and look at MSDS's to find out how much is in it along with everything else in there. You could of been injecting something that was damaging your engine this whole time and did not know it. You could of been injecting a soap of some kind that was taking the lubrication off of your cylinder walls and causing your rings to go bad. You just don't know for sure and when you are going to be spraying something into your engine you want to be damn sure what it is. I have been running meth on my car for a while now with amazing results along with a very high number of others. You just have to know what you are doing or something bad will happen. It is not as easy has hooking a line up to your intake and spraying some windshield washer fluid into your engine. Methanol should be tuned using it as a secondary fuel, meaning get your base tune inline with the cars fuel system then add methanol to the mix and make adjustments from there. This pertains to Turbo Buicks but can also give you an idea of how to tune with methanol. http://alkycontrol.com/ (click Tuning 101)
  11. Thats what happens to the cases 10 out of 10 times when the drive shaft breaks. The car unfortunately did not go unscathed, the floor pan took some damage, the exhaust was twisted up pretty good, and the pinon yoke of the rear differential snapped off. Luckily from what I can tell then engine block is fine and is not making any noise. There have been some cases where the block actually cracked so I am fortunate there. The car literally did jump on the dyno and had I not had a torque strap (ie tie down strap connected from the alternator bracket to the frame to prevent excessive engine movement) the engine probably would have ripped off the mounts. The only damage there is the alternator housing broke all the way through.
  12. Yep, not the 200-4R's fault this time and this transmission performed flawlessly the entire time in the car. My builder is gonna transfer the good guts over to a new case and replace what is bad. I am also having the Torque Converter reworked since it really was not matched to my new turbo. The car will be even stronger and run better than it was before so at least something good came out of it.
  13. Well finally got a chance to pull the transmission from the car to asses the damage. I will let the pics speak for themselves. http://i174.photobucket.com/albums/w117/blackbuick1987/IMAG0009.jpg http://i174.photobucket.com/albums/w117/blackbuick1987/IMAG0010.jpg http://i174.photobucket.com/albums/w117/blackbuick1987/IMAG0011.jpg http://i174.photobucket.com/albums/w117/blackbuick1987/IMAG0012.jpg http://i174.photobucket.com/albums/w117/blackbuick1987/DSCN0182.jpg http://i174.photobucket.com/albums/w117/blackbuick1987/DSCN0183.jpg http://i174.photobucket.com/albums/w117/blackbuick1987/DSCN0184.jpg http://i174.photobucket.com/albums/w117/blackbuick1987/DSCN0185.jpg
  14. I got time I have not even got the tranny out yet and it will be a week minimum for that to be rebuilt and for the TC to get back.
  15. Miss my puppy if I had the living conditions for a dog I would gladly take one.
  16. As some of you may know the the driveshaft on the GN came apart on the dyno. I am obviously looking for a replacement and need to know where I could have one made? Obviously I am going for strength and able to handle the abuse. So who is good in town and any experiences you have had with them would be good too.
  17. SOLD!!I have had these a while in storage and are still in good shape. Had them on the car for about 5k miles and decided to go with a full catback. They are easy to bolt on and give the car a nice tone over stock. Asking $250 Pic of Axle-back http://i174.photobucket.com/albums/w117/blackbuick1987/2010-11-01_12-54-32_940-1.jpg I also have 2 Magnaflow mufflers that are coming off the Buick. They are still in good shape I will take $100 for the pair and will get pics soon.

    Dear Obama

I say release the whole raid video, show these people who they are really messing with. That will prevent more attacks than it causes when they see the precision these teams operate with.
