  1. it was an impound auction in Newark, so no keys. I have a friend who towed it home for me. I got keys cut for $90.00 from a local locksmith. it had a salvaged title but you can pay a $55. fee at the bmv to have the car inspected by the state highway patrol(they do this at the alum creek bmv location) and when the car is oked they issue a "rebuilt title". which just means it was a salvage but it is road worthy. The Groveport road auction is mainly repo's and insurance "dammaged" cars... it just depends on bank who has the title to the car as far as the total selling price. usually it's based on what's left on the balance of the loan or black book value. They will ususally go as low as half of the balance.
  2. i went to a police auction in newark this past spring...the smaller the town the better. less people bidding, smaller town equal smaller bids for the most part. the highest bid at that auction was $750. for 97' ford ranger splash with 85k miles and slight front end dammage. i bought a 89' nissian maxima v6 5 speed with 90k miles for $85.00. i had to do a little work to it.(new tire, fixed the clutch, and had a key cut) but total i spent $300.00.I had a winter car. I know they have an auto auction on Groveport RD once a week. the only thing i can tell you about that auction is that they changed there policy on bidding. now you have to buy a bidding paddle before you can see the cars. It's a $50.00 fee but you can use it all year, so don't do it until January. There is another auto auction near the airport right after 5th ave. it's kind of a pain to find if you have never been there before. the cars are not as nice as the groveport rd place but they go for less money.
  3. i'm going with some of the guys. i can't wait to see some of the sick new concept cars.

  11. Bribes worked for me in school. I was almost a staight "A" student all the way through school. 2 b's and a c in 11 grade. I was being a slacker. Anyway I got $50 per A, $30 for a B, $5 for a C. Money makes us smarter. Too bad this doesn't work for student loans.

  18. sorry, i can't be of more help. i say go with your first instinct, it is almost always right. dump her and find another girl. Trust me you don't want to have to wait to get test results for every std known to man. that was the longest week of my life. there are better girls in this world, go find another one.
  19. i have some friends that live in powell do you know the guys from rollin' images?
  20. i have had it happen to me. same story. he would freaking accuse me of screwing my guy friends (95% of my friends are male) and even my brother's roommate. I worked two jobs, paid for everything, he had no job for the majority of the time we were together. he had no car and then a broke p.o.s. car. I had no time to screw around. i was too busy being the man in the relationship. He would constantly use the phone in the bathroom.( knowing damn well i would not go in there) and freak out bad if i touched his phone. (claiming i was "tring to find a reason to break up with him" the truth was i was tring to find out if i needed to get tested for a VD) He was a whore and he screwed five different girls that i know of. I did get tested because of him. Thank god i didn't get anything from him. lied about who he was with or going with and what they were doing.(he always forget the original lie) dump her and run. she is cheating. Whore's don't change, they just find a new sucker to believe their lies.
