They don't call them foreclosures tho they call them "civil real estate sales". http://www.sheriff.franklin.oh.us/ then hit the franklin county auditors link below to see an overview of the property and possible pitures. this will also tell you when the house was built and who currently owns it. http://franklin.governmaxa.com/propertymax/rover30.asp It would not be a bad idea to drive past the house you are interested in. I checked this out more than a year ago. alot of the houses were total shit holes. just an fyi.

who ever currently holds the title. If it was on the car lot for sale by the car lot, then more than likely it is in the car lot's/owner's name. I can find the name and address of every person/dealership that has had that car titled. pretty much more information than you would ever need.

You have to provide a written **Notorized** document on "how you acquired the car". Wait for the bmv to contact the owner and then for them to contact you. It's just easier to track down the owner yourself.

Sorry they were just born about a week ago. So not the best choice right now. But I did go the pound over off of alum creek yesterday.(behind maryhaven) they had about a one year old rott. You can get one from there with it's shots, fixed and the tags for $88.

There are normally lots of "personal" buyers at this type of auction but there are a few junkyards who hit them buying everything that no one else is bidding on for exp. old minivans, old trucks. typically they sell for $25 at the most. I know that Newark has one every 90 days. I really have not searched for any others. The best way to check b/c this is done through the local police department is to call them or hit there website if they have one. Most of the smaller towns such as Newark, Circleville, ect. you would need to call. Their websites suck and are hardly ever updated with current info.

Sam, I'm sorry to hear that your house was broken in to. I live pretty close to you and my house was robbed about two years ago in a some what similar fashion. I'll sorta agree with greg but if you have vacum assisted power brakes it could be leaking inside the booster through the back of the master cylinder. your first step is to locate the leak. refill the resivor and take all 4 wheels off the car while its on a lift or up on stands or ramps have someone pump the pedal and look for fluid spraying out somewhere. most likely you have a ruptured brake line or hose but a leaky caliper or wheel cylinder could be culprit.
