  8. you pass 7th grade math? you get a dyno usually gets a HP reading then the computer calculates it if it knows the Rpm( if you dont get a rpm reading they display speed instead, no torque reading torque = HP*5250/rpm if you look at the formula when the rpm's = 5250 it cancels out the 5250 constant so hp = torque. 5250/5250 = 1 you can throw any rpm number for rpm to solve the equation it just means the torque is greater then the HP before 5250rpm duh....
  9. decrease calories by approximately 500 each day till you start loosing 1-1.5lbs a week eating to many calories vrs what you burn over time is the only thing that makes you fat.

  14. 99% of supplements are a waste of money, only one i have found that has done any good is creatine, (i buy the cheapest monohydrate i can find, thats all you need) next a good diet is best, but if your not getting enough protein in your diet like me i use a inexpensive flavored whey, i get from walmart (cheap taste ok). if you want to waste your money on worthless supplements then go ahead.
  15. you are already probably past your prime i have been arching my back like that for about 16 years since i have been benching. also have hit 405 in the gym two different times raw at a 175lb bw, so im pretty sure arching your back when you bench wont hurt you.
  16. ha, by the time i'm fifty ill probably be in better shape then you were in your prime, and deadlifting about as much as your former colt weighed.
  17. no it isnt bad for your back to arch your back, its actually better for your shoulders to do that. for a legal lift your shoulders and butt have to be on the bench and your feet on the floor.
  18. i most all sanctioned meets a singlet is required. on non-sanctioned local meets, they are optional, never heard a local meet not allowing them.
  19. american. and ya i saw him at the arnold this year he's massive (understated) i think he has a good chance at 1100 the way he has been throwing the weight up.
  20. the green plates say 50, so id imagine 50kg or 110.231lbs
