Or Maybe Precourt knows HQ2 is likely to end up in Austin, and then he can have Prime Stadium, for the Austin Crew? That would add some corp. sponsor and population to put butts in seats...

tOSU's passing attack looks good because Nebraska is awful, flat out awful. JT had all the time in the world to make passes and many of them took that long to make sadly. He looked good last night, but did not really have to make many impressive throws, just average consistent toss's. That is not to say that there is not some progress being made, and the passing attack looked better with OUT Paris Campbell last night...Saunders is a better threat speed or not. I am just not sure what we really have as for passing, UNLV Garbage, Rutgers Garbage, Maryland Garbage, Army Garbage. The caveat is that at least they are showing life and growth even against D2 squads. Oh JK Dobbins is now increasing his lead for playing time over Weber, bad timing on the hammy. But he is fun to watch.

How lol will it be that with in 10 years you will enjoy sitting at the couch with your daughter who just left her boy scout meeting Monday night and flipping on flag football jets vs the dolphins.

Just stop. Save the dignity.

LOL people are so dumb.

I like being a Bama hater, mainly because the fed will investigate them like Rick Pitino soon enough...But until that time, they are the best team. Quality opponents or not, they have taken care of their business. The look the part thus far and there is no reason to discredit them to this point. I am a die hard buckeye fan, but until there is MUCH more progress in our secondary and passing game, it would not be a game versus bama. Baylor put up almost 40 or what ever on OU, we couldn't make a pass completion for 20 yards at home... Tied 13 all at the half vs IU, PSU thumped them from the start. I know the age old; each game is a unique event not a direct correlation, but lets be honest, the eye test vs quality opponents has Bama top two. I would put Clemson number one and Bama two at this point. As for the conferences, the BIG is well rounded, and likely have the fourth best team between PSU, MI, WI, OSU. But right now its Clemson, Bama, Oklahoma in clear order, with the first two a fair amount ahead of the pack.

Cant argue that right now...

Why not go back two more games for JT JT Barrett's Last 5 Games: Oklahoma 183 yds Passing, 0 TDs, 1 Int Indiana 304 yds Passing, 3 TDs, 0 Int Clemson 127 yds Passing, 0 TDs, 2 Int Michigan 124 yds Passing, 0 TDs, 1 Int Michigan State 86 yds Passing, 1 TDs, 0 Int 824 Yards Passing 4 Touchdowns 4 Interceptions It is not coaching. It is him. Urban still rules the playbook as well. Why else would we be running the option, the option is pathetic. The defense has been playing press man on the corners, only converting to some zone once they got smoked over and over again. The "great" d-line, is good but not great. The secondary will get better but it will take more time. The thing that will not change is JT, he will not win ANY championship. Nadda. Not happening. Both IU's and OU's coaches openly talked about knowing exactly how to beat him.

A guy at our church got one of those new civic hatchbacks in that gray. I have to say after sitting in it and checking it all out I think it is a great car with a nice amount of useable storage with the hatch. With two kids I wouldn't hesitate to snag one that I was putting a bunch of miles on and wanted a no hassle car with out too many extras.

Pass sure. (rolling back to last year) Barrett took over 90 attempts to have a pass for more then 20 yards. Of his 304 yards vs the hoosiers 220 were after the catch. (Granted we have documented the long ball drop) He was not affecting the offense in the first half, no ignite. He missed some Wide open throws; video reviews show at least a half dozen. Chalk it up to first game. (but maybe a worrying trend) I am concerned you saw exactly what you get from JT. A game manager, not a game changer. Folks calling for him to go are frankly nuts, just realize what he is good at and don't expect much more.

Funny enough I got my first spam call from this exact number root (363XXXX) today. Great....

Terrifying is harsh. Like Mallard said, I am not convinced these LI batteries are the solution, maybe a short term pivot. I think they are just forcing the big car companies to be more competitive and continue to invest and develop new tech which only benefits us the consumers. I think Tesla can come into the the space and be a player down the road and you may see one of the big car makers get swallowed up, but that is all...

Brian tunes Carlyle Racing builds, if he doesn't I believe Patrick does.

How alarmed are the OE's with this product? Reports are stating 1800 deposits a day right now...

What is the starting price on that pathfinder, out of curiosity?

You're right, it could be a conservative next time. It could even be *gasp* and independent. Would that sell "clicks"? In all seriousness geeto if this had been a raging catholic crusading conservative I would have described him as a conservative nut job...which fits the media propaganda machines agenda. I just find it mostly ironic that *generally* liberals paint a picture of foaming rapid conservatives and their guns...In other words don't throw rocks in glass houses. Crazy is crazy, and we understand you are liberal (which really doesn't matter to me in the least bit; honestly I enjoy most of your banter because it pisses off members and makes me lolz). But know I feel superior to you, it gives me all the feels.

He had a list in his pocket of only republicans, specifically freedom caucus members. It was purely a political motivated shooting. The irony, he was a liberal wacko...Narrative twist. DUH he was a fucking nut job with mental health problems; of course that is underlying. USA todays article is weak.

While those are nice, we have to get 3rd row seating... She is pretty much stuck on Hondas or the Toyota Highlander, maybe a Hyundai Santa Fe.
-
Well, I am aiming to do that later this year (when Lyndsey or whoever promos 0-1%...) However I want to "consider" this as and option if it makes sense. Either way the kids and my wife will destroy what ever it is. . .That I am rest assured of.

I did not read the rest of the thread, so forgive me. If you are a public buyer how does that process work in a general sense? Say we were looking at your lane (18) is there benefit to knowing you are handling the auction? Say I was looking for a newer Pilot or Odyssey, (kid hauler) do you see good values for those to purchase?

As long as Trump doesn't build the wall! (sarcasm) or stop immigration (sarcasm). But I agree with you.

While it is possible...I do not see it personally. There are some indicators that may indict a slow down (rates rising predominately), I do not believe you will see drastic price cutting. So long as you're not planning on a quick in and out exit in a home and have good equity and a solid term on a note you can be pretty secured if you need to ride a wave. Sell high buy high right...ha? I believe (as many economists) we are just returning to equilibrium (some areas seeing some inflation now, but few). All this hub-bub about "shits to expensive" is really lost from what you have seen depressed for the last 10 years. Those were HISTORIC lows, these are HISTORIC lending rates. The short sided nature nature on real estate is ironic in its nature.

Meh. There is about 290-300 billion dollars out there looking to be placed right now. Raising capital is the "easy" part right now. Placement is the more critical part. As to relate, we sold for 120k over our original purchase price this April after 7 years. Backing out upgrades we made ect, I paid myself about 9k a year to live in my last home. However I am building now, and got in on 16' pricing before these builders all raised rates in 17' by 1-2% ! We also locked in almost a full point lower on a 30 year note then our previous home which I felt was reaching near its full value. Where as our new home from the moment we move in will instantly have 10k in value from the builders cost raises, and several comp homes (albeit Northstar community is so new) are going for 25-50k over build price (what we pay) with in 1 month of completion...SO all in all it made fair sense for us to upgrade and get our "dream home", all while cashing out large appreciation, and lower lending costs. What is interesting is we have also been looking at a vacation rental for investment/personal holding down along the beaches in NC...They are not nearly as escalated in price as Columbus (think supra dyno graph), much slower steady appreciation.

Cash on Cash return. I think like you.

You have three options, 1 good, 1 meh, 1 fail. You have plead not guilty so now the Officer who issued the citation has to show up to court. If he does not show up, you get off no ticket just your time. You have plead not guilty, you can plead with the court for a reduction to no points and a reduced fine, worked for me twice. You can fight it, and you will loose, get the points, and pay the fine.
