I didn't have one and initially rejected the idea of getting one until the end of freshmen year in high school. I got a job and my license soon after, and it was nice to have. My parents call and ask where I am, I tell them and if there's anything wrong, I can call them for a hand. It's a convenience, not a necessity. I could do just as well without one. I agree with what you said. Once you can pay for it, you can get it. I only got one because my dad got a nice family plan with free phones and a discount from cingular. I do help pay a portion, but it's not too much with rollover and free nights and weekends, the only time I really use it.

+1 on the dyson. We have the 'older' model now, the one without the ball as a wheel, it's never failed or clogged up on us, like the ads say. It would be worth it to get one. I know a woman who cleans houses and she uses that and it hasn't failed her yet, either.

Those blue eyes are awesome. My neighbor had a lab with blue eyes and they just stuck out of the darkness like none other. I look out the window or am walking inside, I would see only the blue eyes. Scared the crap out of me sometimes. Cool dog!

Being a first time presidential voter in this upcoming election, no matter what the issues, I can tell you right now I will NOT vote for Hillary Clinton. Just something bothers me there. I don't care if she's a woman. It'll be interesting to see who is going to run. I think Guiliani, Clinton, Obama and McCain are the frontrunners right now. My friend has one...I think he's had minor problems with it but it's held up well for him. 77nova knows more he sees him everyday. They seem like great cars to me.
