But post 1994 the only good 'scene' that has produced anything noteworthy is Detroit. PS: Metallica's new album does sound like they tried to bridge the gap between Justice and Black. Sim City 4 is great. I had some amazing cities going for a while. Simfanatic and other sites have great add-ons, and a lot of patches that will fix most glitches.

Skully's is short north. 5th and High. Lived in Clintonville going on 20 years. Good area, but some houses are way too pricey for their size. Doubles and apartments aren't really bad at all, I have heard of nice houses as large as mine but with 4 bedrooms going for $800/mo rent.
