I think it would be a good thing to bring them to Ohio. Keep the money in the state. If people cannot control their own addictions, it's not the state's issue IMO. They still drive to casinos in MI, IN & PA. Keeping the money in Ohio is the main goal.

I currently don't own a laptop, but my buddy brought his over last weekend and the connection seemed pretty good. Never tested it however.
