  1. My wife and I put our house on the market last Sunday and it lasted 36 hours. Buyers are going FHA, so we will be closing on my house 7/18. Now, we're struggling finding a new place. We're looking for a home that is on at least 1 acre on the northeast side of town. Our agent is doing a pretty decent job finding us places, but they're all listings I've already found myself and decided to pass on. If any of you guys know of any decent places on the outside of 270 from Pataskala around to Delaware, please let me know. Hoping to find something with an existing detached garage/pole barn. We have about two weeks to find something at this point. Selling our house was apparently the easy part. :dumb:
  2. Shit! I can always use another mitre saw.
  3. These would look great on my wife's Element, but with trying to buy a new house, can't really justify them right now. Good luck.
  4. Appreciate the interest, sorry they won't work on your car. C'mon guys...someone needs or knows someone that could use these.
  5. I got an unsafe distance ticket after i was cut off yesterday at 270 & 71 on the North end. $129
  6. C'mon fellas...need these gone. House is going on the market and these take up too much space. $375obo
  7. Bucks look like crap in the first half vs Dayton. Craft leading in scoring should tell you all you need to know.
  8. Big thanks to the guys at IPS for squeezing me in to get a few maintenance items taken care of on my old Maxima so I can pass it on to my nephew. I'll now be able to get it to him with confidence in knowing that the work was done correctly. Thanks Rick for working me in! -Tim
  9. Not sure if anyone has a use for these, but I no longer do. 19" Rays G35 coupe staggered wheels. 19x8 fronts & 19x8.5 rears wrapped in General Exclaim UHP's 245/35/19's. Front two are pretty much toast but there is lots of tread on the rears. I refinished the wheels a few years back, but there is cracking in the clear coat now along with some curb rash here and there as well. Would be great for powder coating or plastidip. I'd rather sell these locally vs trying to ship, so I am open to offers. $450 Thanks
  10. +1 for Roush. Nothing but positive things to say about Roush.
  11. +1 They're from Dayton and every time we go there and cousin vinny's, I love it. Big Ten deal is a great deal IMO!
  12. Baylor was down double digits in that game. ESPN said Baylor Rolls, OSU Survives. ha ok! Oklahoma State needs to take care of business for the buckeyes.
  13. This was a fun project to do! Appreciate the kind words Rocky.
  14. I was gonna text you about it, but I remembered how hectic things were. Appreciate your consideration man.
  15. I don't have the means to take all of it, but I would LOVE to reuse a lot of that lumber.
  16. I'm giving my 2002 Maxima to my nephew and it needs a few things before I feel comfortable giving it to him. 1. New Plugs (decent sized job - have to remove upper-intake plenum) 2. New evap canister 3. New oil pan 4. New sway bar end links That's all I can think of right now, but need to get stuff done in the next couple weeks if possible. I have all the parts but the evap canister, so I'll try to get that so everything can get done at the same time (if possible). Thanks in advance.
  17. "How to clearance your hood" was missing the breaking of some eggs.
