The ice last night aided in my deciding to work from home today. ESPN in the background all day will probably not help with calming my nerves for the next 12:30 hours.

So it would seem that while this house sat empty for over a year, the neighbors trained their dogs (mastiff and pit) to come over and do their business in our yard. I lost count of how many piles of shit I drove threw while mowing over the summer and now that the snow is here, I can see tons of crap in my yard. I've only spoken with this neighbor a few times and get along with them ok, but this is REALLY starting to get under my skin. Look like I'm gonna have to discuss this with them soon.

I know we have a couple resident electricians on here, but not sure who the current, active ones are.

Indeed. The garage will get much more attention once it warms up or I finally purchase a heater. It really is. With them installing a natural gas line in the last few weeks, that should really help out with the resale value of the home as well. :fuckyeah:

4" at least at my place this morning. 310 and 161 were surprisingly very well cleared. Licking County does a great job out my way. Took me an extra 10 minutes to get to work on top of my normal 20 minute commute. Stelzer Rd was the worst road I encountered this morning.

Alex (founder) reached out to me about it when it first was opening. He ran across me when I was making the cornhole boards. They moved into a larger space because they grew so quickly after the first year. It's definitely a great local resource for learning a TON of different skills and trades. Great bunch of people for sure.
