My loan was finalized late last week for a conventional 30 year @ 3.6% which I'm pretty happy with and closing next Monday!

I came up here from Florida on the 4th prior to my Grandfather's passing last week, and now we're worried about being able to leave Ohio. Which is great timing since I close on my new house next Monday.

Oh, d'oh! Yeah, looking at stock hellcats is kinda boring to me as well.

Down here, yeah pretty much. People drive their shit year round in Florida. I didn't realize the thread was "What did you see today only on the road while you were driving?"

Ran down to Lakeland yesterday for the Winter Autofest show and auction event sponsored by Carlisle events. The theme of the show was mainly Corvettes, Mustangs and Mopars so there were TONS of those to view. I'll post up some of the pics I took on the CR FB page.

Washed the Jetta and went to the storage unit to start the 442 to let it run for a bit.

After only being down here since Thanksgiving, I went into contract on a new place today and I'm excited to set up a new garage space. I'm thinking of doing the majority of the storage something like what I've attached with most of the tool storage under the workbench. There are so many great threads on garage journal, but it's almost like information overload and thanks to photobucket, a lot of the threads no longer have visible images you can get inspiration from. Anyone have any first hand input on good solutions for a decent amount of storage? I've been hearing good things about some of the boxes at HF, but need to check them out in person.

Kirk is such a drama queen. Just last week he apologized for going off on so many of his follows and now he's being a sarcastic asshole. So sick of his victim mentality.

Took a short drive to Orlando yesterday to watch *ichigan lose to Alabama in person. Wore my Woody hat and a Buckeye shirt. I purchased my ticket on the Bama side to avoid listening to scUM fans talk throughout the whole game, but unfortunately, two *ichigan fans sat right next to me. Most obnoxious father/son duo ever. Literally sang their fight song every single time the band played any portion of it. Amazing how two people could annoy an entire seating section at a football game. Not to mention, a pair of Clemson fans sitting two rows in front of me. There was of course a brief conversation about the Fiesta Bowl. The weather was perfect as were the reactions as Bama took over the game. The father/son pair quieted down very quickly. Overall a pretty good time and cool experience even being clearly out of place.

I'm hoping to find a solid frame for the 442 once settled in Florida (moving Thursday). After buying a new place, I need to find a replacement frame and start prepping it for the body swap.
