  1. cool, I may just leave it be then
  2. The side of the garage has become a target fopr paintballs lol. I don't know who done it yet, but I believe it was the neighbors kid. Havent got a chance to talk to them yet, but they will clean it off, or paint it! Will this crap even wash off? It was hit like 6-7 times.
  3. send it to me. Ill try to find one
  4. Going through some stuff, and found my old staple gun. Still in good shape, I only used it for like 4 months. Anybody need one, or know what I could get out of it?
  5. any place that does alignments should be able to hook you up.
  6. I got the axle, but now its a matter of waiting on the weather.
  7. I could probably find one. What exactly can you do with each?
  8. the bearing was slightly bad. So I was thinking maybe the axle is slightly bent, causing strain on the bearings. Thus making them roar and go out so fast. So do I just pull the axle out?
  9. i swapped both sides 3 months ago. I found a half shaft at a place for 35 bucks, no core charge. Do you think that will solve it? Also, does the axle just slide out of the diferential? Or is it bolted in??
  10. gotch, thanks. Moneys tight right now. May just get one fron a bone yard to see if it cures it, then repair later. The wheel bearing I just replaced was 2 weeks past warranty graemlins/jerkit.gif

  13. If you are a mechanic, please chime in right about now. I posted this thread a few days ago, web page We took it to 2 different places, one being a Transmission shop, the other a tire shop that does other stuff as well. They both said it was the drivers side wheel bearing, but it was lacking one distinction, the noise does not stop when you turn left and right. Anyhow, I just got done replacing the wheel bearing,(again. The noise is still there. Who has a shop, or can reccomend a place that could possibly look at it tomorrow morning? This car CANNOT stay off the road long.

  16. Heres the deal. Got home, jacked it up. The wheel bearing is not the cause. So with the rim off, I turned the rotor slowly one way then back the other way. Right where the CV joint goes into the tranny, it clanks like hell! There has to be a bearing there too right? Whats it called, and would I just have to replace that, or the shaft and all?? By the way, thanks for the help! tongue.gif
  17. ok, Im sure they had a warranty graemlins/thumb.gif
  18. she has had the car for a year with no problem, this just staterted a couple weeks ago.
  19. it would only click when the wheels turned? It may be that, because the damn kid drove it with the bolts out of the mount.
  20. 96 cavalier, 5 speed. Tranny bolts were broke off at the mounts. Put new tranny in it but didnt change the mount. Cheanged front wheel bearings about 3-4 months ago. For the last 2 weeks there is a vibration/humming type grinding noise(lol) from the front. And the drivers side floorboard vibrates a good bit. When it first started we thought maybe it was the tires because they were bad, got 4 new ones, still does it. It is getting worse, what should I look for?
  21. do you know if they are still hiring? A buddy of mine has about 3 years experience vending, merchandising, and assembling.
