  1. what they said + tubular a-arms. The a-arms wont reduce it, they will ELIMINATE it. A set usually comes with a full set of polyurathane bushings.
  2. Cartek and MTI = the win If you like the supercharged way, DRM is a great place to turn to.
  3. it resembles the front end of an old Camaro to me... GM isnt trying to copy of Ford if thats what your getting at...
  4. Sunoco or bust for me
  5. i will make an appearence... im heading to Easton first... if theres nothing there, ill be down sooner than later... or i just might bring a couple guys with me.
  6. http://www.sailingtexas.com/piczumaea.jpg Thats not a boat.... THIS, is a boat. http://www.fountainpowerboats.com/Products/SportBoats/images/42L_800a.jpg 42ft...twin 900SC engines... 110+mph.
  7. didnt see the power output... 170KW 1212lbs/228bhp = 5.31:1 Still makes a Z06 look like a punk.
  8. Well if you assume it runs a stock 300bhp engine... the power to weight ration would be a hair over 4lb/hp...smack dab in the middle of a Z06 (7.4:1), and a Busa/gsxr1000 (2.4:1) What concerns me is what happens when you turn the boost up... graemlins/burnout02.gif
  9. Stock they have seen traps aproching 150... i think the record for a stock on is like 9.81@ 149. somthing....
  10. she needs a cage about as much as she NEEDS 600rwhp... i give her mad props on that car. Shes doing absolutly everything right to make a real street performer. To answer you, the increased horsepower and torque puts extra stress on certian portions of the chassis not designed for it... the cage reenforces the chassis to prevent any sort of chassis twisting.
  11. Is that a correct figure??? It would only have to shift like once to run the 1/4....
  12. about the same number of millimeters your muffler hangs out past your bumper graemlins/thumb.gif
  13. i dont car what anyone says... http://popularhotrodding.com/features/0409phr_camaro_13_z.jpg that looks pretty fuckin sick IMO. though... it does have a Monte Carlo look in the ass end... the front end is hawt.
  14. dude that vid is halarious!!! First, i dont hink anyone of them had ever seen fire before. The first guy just stands there and lets it burn for aobut 10 seconds before ever thinking about putting it out. Then he runs right up on the flame and starts hosing it down. The second guy runs up and sprays him right in the FACE! Then the first guys runs around to the other side and hoses down the interior reall quick for some unknown reason, and then finishes up the engine bay. Good fire team that track has graemlins/thumb.gif
  15. My dad always told me that something is only worth as much as someone will give you for it... its value on the other hand, is about 60-70% of the blue book + any $$$ youve invested. Lets say the car stock is wrth 3,000 + your 12,000 = 15,000 x .70 = 10,500 Expect anywhere from 8,000 to 10,000.
  16. 1205 was my best... i forget how to do screen shots???
  17. Yea but that was like a 56... 55-68... those are ones you own just to show off... 2001- now... performers.
  18. i just dont know why he was using it on his burnout.... a Z06 has more than enough power to turn the wheels over....
  19. ricer graemlins/nonono.gif j/k graemlins/grin2.gif looks good... nice and clean, done up proper. Fantastic graemlins/thumb.gif
  20. - Id say go to the MGM station and ride the rail... if your staying at the MGM, i would think the rail ride should be free... - gambling age is 21 - Id say the only real cool things you have to see while you there is: 1. The Luxor lit up at night 2. The volcano in front of the Mirage 3. The pirate ship show in front of Treasure Island Good news is, all those are FREE! I dont really know much else since the last time i was there, NYNY had just started construction graemlins/thumb.gif
  21. shifters should be tall anyway... the throw should be short, the the shifter being tall has signifigance. With the shifter up in the air, you dont need to reach very far from the wheel to shift. Because the car is made to have awesome track maners... they designed the cockpit to suit racing style driving habbits... two hands on the wheel at almost all times, with quick shifting, then back to the wheel. One hand on the wheel and one on the shifter is not safe on the track... sooooo the corvette makes the quick shifting easy
  22. Ive heard so many bad things about the seller... so i decided to read the feedback... ALL OF IT. It seems almost everything that sucked, was a header or piping kit of some sort. Another problem seems to be that thier e-mails get bumped into Bulk boxes or Spam boxes... people complain about not getting replies but im sure they dont chk bulk/spam boxes. Well here was the funniest feed back i saw... i laughed. Dont buy from this guy... he sells crack to school children Buyer ghetto_delicious ( 23) Mar-11-05 17:27 7946937527 graemlins/lol.gifgraemlins/grin2.gifgraemlins/lol.gif
  23. It was the same thing everywhere... sorta... There were officers and rentacops everywhere. There was one @ Hooters btu he was being real cool. He walked around, checking for proper plates i guess, talked to a couple people... then as the ricers invaded, he started working the radio. It was that way in several spots. It didnt seem to start untill the rice pack showed up at each place though.
  24. Its all about knowledge, ability, and most importantly...
