Thornes car runs 13.6 @ 97/98.... he says he ran 13.4... but Linn, JP, and I all cracked off 13.6's... Linn made what seemed to be about 10 passes, i made 4, and JP i belive made 3... 13.6 is it. I did catch him running a 13.5... but i never saw a back up.

My best guess is, it fell out of my pocket when i moved Bills seat to run his car, when he jumped and and moved it back, it moved into a postition that was hidden. Once I moved the seat again at the truck stop to drive back to the south end, it moved into a position that it was again visible. Yea it fucking sucked. My buddy Greg, also the RGM at the Sullivant, drove me back up at about 8:15, and we got there about 10:20... we stayed for about 40 minutes to watch some of the cars run. Im pretty sure we saw Mario click off a 9.06... wicked fast car. We didnt get back to Columbus untill about 1:15... I fell asleep so fast, i dont actully remember laying my head on my pillow.

I was in staging for a good portion of the day, and when Ray was doing his burnouts, my intire body was shaking... like i could feel my bones resonating... incredible car.

I couldnt sleep for shit... i laid down at about 10:30... fell aslep about 11:10... woke up at 1:53... and pretty much rolled around for the last 3hrs.

What time you leaving? Im walking out the door at about 5:45 so i can gas up, grab a cappacino, and make it to the truck stop by 6:30. You going to meet up there or going a different way?

Ill be in my black pants with white stripes, black hoody, and white Volvo hat... like normal. Ill be in the staging/tech all day so im sure we'll run across eachother at some point. Im going to try to pin a Yellow piece of shirt to the back of the hoody so ill be easy to spot if anyone needs a late tech-in. If not, just look for the black hoody and white hat.

Im am deffinatly excited, and im not even racing. I look forward to meeting everyone i havent alreayd meet, and catching up with those i havent seen for a while. What boggles my mind is why he stayed in that area... there are far better places to go when running... if he'd made a left at the intersection instead of a right.. hed gone towards IndianHill, which can get you to Milford real quick, and Loveland, and out towrds Stone Lick, and all the country you can imagine... theres so many easy back roads too... like milford to Eastgate... i could lose a cop through there in less than 60 seconds. People that run are dumb to begin with... they are in the dumbest cars possible, they take the dumbest roads possible, and lets face it, they are RUNNING FROM THE POLICE!... but damn if your going to do something retarded like that, at least do a good job of it.
