what size turbo?
I will have to get back to u on that... Came in with a upgraded turbo, just not sure what it was...
Motor is overbuilt for the turbo setup. unfortantely...

I am going to need my crankcollar fixed on my rb also soon. You guys have done these many of times?
We replaced the oil pump with a Greddy. $$
If you need your fixed, i'm sure we can do it.

Progress is coming along with one of our EVO customers so I figured I could share some pics. The car came in with a Rod thru the block. Upgraded turbo Kit on it when it arrived. We provided him with core short block and progressed with the build.

The Head already on the Block, waiting on a couple seals fro Mitsubishi and should be going back in the car shortly.

For those of you that haven't been to the new location, we were able to round up a camera and snap a few shots. We've been in the new location for alittle over a year now. After tons of dedication, blood, sweat, and tears from everyone at the shop, the organization and cleaniness of the new location is amazing! We spend contless hours planning, organizing, and setting up this location so we won't have to do this again. We improved on our flaws at the last shop location. No they come with a RB26DETT. We upgraded the oil pump to fix the weak drive collars on the R32 oil pump when it was in the first time. No other mods were done to the engine than what I listed above. (as far as I know!)

199whp? a ej205 makes 220+ on a cobb. and on a 2.5 that tq should be well above 250. I don't know whats up with that car but its not happy.
My last stage 1.5 car made more.
A Stock WRX makes 190AWTQ and about 170AWHP on my dyno.
I put a bottomend in it. I made some minor adjustments to the map b/c the different bottom end. No boost changes. The car now has 240AWTQ and 194AWHP.
Please clarify the problem?

Very sexy! I am a big fan of the R32, my cousin in japan has been working on one for the past 8 years, the cars can be so damn nasty for cheap. Its like the japan LSX
With the tomei type b is it the poncam or procam? He also using the B dual valve springs or just running stockers? I know the stock springs even in the 25 are good for 550whp as longas you do not spin the motor over 8000 rpm.
not sure on the poncam/procam. I will try to find out. Stock springs and retainers.

Did a couple WRX/STI tunes for this guy. This was his "toy" of the two. Customer did a good job on it. Followed by a tune with us. The dotted line was a baseline on 15psi. I did the rest on the dyno w/ an additional 2psi...

This car has been running for over a year. It is on its way back for a new turbo setup and fuel management system. Was running consistant mid 10 sec passes last year @ Norwalk if I remember correctly.

Just finished up one of our Turbo Kits on a 100k b18c1 motor. Had a 9psi spring in the wastegate and was to much for the customer. We tuned it at 6psi and came up with the solid line.

2002 WRX. Baseline(dotted line) was done with the mods put on. We raised the boost a tad(via stock Computer) and tuned it.

Been doing alot of Infinity/Nissan's lately... This is another G35. Auto. Has a few bolt-on's listed below. Dotted line is the baseline w/ the bolt-ons. Solid is the tune afterwards.

They make about 180s stock on my dyno. Picked up about 40ft/lbs and 15whp from the bottom end and tuning. Car came in blown up. Didn't cost much more to do the 2.5L so she opted for it.

2005 WRX just left. We did a STI 2.5L bottom End swap. Everything else is stock. Everything... Well I tuned it to Cater to the 2.5L Block. The Results:
