If you, as a moderator, feel that would be a useful addition to the rules, then absolutely, change it. However, as a consumer, I feel that price negotiation is an important part of any transaction.
This is wrong as well:
Application of Principles:
Employees "Suffered or Permitted" to work: Work not requested but suffered or permitted to be performed is work time that must be paid for by the employer.
For example, an employee may voluntarily continue to work at the end of the shift to finish an assigned task or to correct errors. The reason is immaterial. The hours are work time and are compensable.
Clearly against the law. If your boss wants to change the schedule he may, however he must pay someone for any time he demands they work or stand by for work, unless they are considered salaried exempt. If someone is required to work 10 hours in a day, they must be paid for 10 hours. The only exception is if they are using flex time which must be used within the same week. Example: work 10 hours a day for 4 days and then get the rest of the week off. Paid for 40 hours. I will find the law that applies for you.
Edit:according to FSLA, overtime pay at 1.5 times you hourly rate is required over 40 hours. Stay tuned for updates.

That would be a different rule. The rule states that irrelevant posts will be deleted. There was a clause added to state that a criticism of an asking price is considered to be irrelevant. The poster showed interest in the car. The rule was not violated.
He did not violate the rule simply because his post was relevant. If the seller is considering lowering his asking price, then he will come take a look at the car.
If all he did was state the price was too high, the post is in violation.
I can see your point, but disagree in this instance. I do admit he overreacted in his response to you.
I use a Samsung 22" widescreen (226BW) and I don't have any interest in buying from any other manufacturer. When I buy a new TV, it will be a Samsung due to the quality of this monitor.
The only hearing protection you should wear comes from your doctor and is fitted to your ear.
Any glasses with a Z87 rating are OK to wear. You may want to consider goggles if you are around concrete dust. You definitely need wraparound glasses.
If you work for a company that has a corporate account with Budget, they will sometimes waive the fee. Give them your companies profile and then rent the car with a personal credit card.
Another problem is getting air into the cylinders. This is why the smaller OHC engines can make a lot of power on forced induction. It is also why the DOHC Ford engines make so much under boost (more valve area). Once you start adding cylinders, then you have even more cfm through the intake spread across more intake valves. If you look at a 5L V8 and a 5L V12 the main difference in power is head flow, not number of cylinders.
