So as most of you know I originally had a VW GTI. It had a 35r and at the time was fast. Most people did not understand it and for its time it was good. However time changes everything Iand the way I look at the car I want to be in and what I want to use it for. So almost a year a go I bought this. Parts that came with it was, LS? Block with all accessories, Intake manifold, 48lb injectors, Sikky 1st gen LSX swap kit including Mounts, Drive shaft and Trans brace and one missing coil =) Here is some build pics and info. Now this is my first car I have ever built. Im not good at wiring and Im hella scared to work on anything internally in a car but after this and the patience I thought I never had anything is possible. I dont know shit about JDM cars or the following they have but its expensive to say the least. I wanted to find some cheap clear new looking headlights for my car on EBAY so I jumped on and found out everyone wants an arm and a leg for some new ones or over $300's. Im biased, Currently almost done with my 240, Allot of people ask why but Im building it to drive. I have always wanted a smaller rwd car why not slap some mother fucking amurican power in it? Ls motors are fun and easy to work with and now with drifting picking up on it its almost buy and bolt. Next year hopefully its an auto with a solid rear and one big turbo. If I was the manager Id show you how to do it and you could take the chance. Rubber does not last forever. Do you not realize how much pressure a tire holds @ just 30PSI? not to mention it will be on your car turning with curb weight. When that tire lets go I nor would I put anyone in the way of the steel belts. Ive personally have seen a tire rip open blow up and straight slice a kids hand open. 8 years in the business and I can tell you Discount Tire is one of the leaders in keeping the customer safe and the employees If you cant handle that go down the street to a used tire place they just want your dollar and dont care if you make it back to purchase anything they just robbed your wallet.
