I bought a new house and it came with a Maytag washer and dryer. Both are in killer condition. The seller purchased them 2 years ago and he had to move on a 3 days notice from his job. The house has been empty for the last 8 months (do the math...they have only been used for a year). He left them behind and I inherited them. I have a new set myself and dont need these. I have used them to verify that they are working. I pulled the hoses off the washer and they dont even have water calcium deposits like washers get when they have been used for a while. Located in Columbus/Hilliard. Selling as a set only. I will post more specs when i get home and look them up. i am purchasing a home and we were required to get a structural engineer to come out and look at a crack in the garage next to the 2 sumps...This is what he had to say. 1. Water is leaking through a significant portion of the West foundation wall. The probable source of this water is a broken drain pipe, probably near the middle of the wall. 2. The driveway slopes towards the garage. There is a collection basin in front of the garage door which receives this water and channels it into the drain line on the West side of the house. If the drain line is broken as believed, there is no place for the storm water go but to saturate the soil next to the garage. 3. Saturated soil under the foundation footer will soften the soil and allow the footer to settle causing the wall to shift. In this case it appears that the North wall is leaning inward causing the blocks in the West wall to shift. 4. The subject drain line needs to be inspected and checked for breaks and or blockage. If a break is determined, the drain line will have to be repaired and restored to its original slope. It is imperative that the repaired drain line does not sag creating a place for water to collect and freeze during the winter. 5. Flushing of the repaired drain line is required to verify that water flows freely to the storm drain. 6. The cracks in the West foundation wall need to be tuck-pointed inside and out. 7. It is my professional opinion that the above repairs will remove the source of water, which appears to have caused the crack in the West foundation wall and will allow the soil under the footer to regain its normal load bearing capability. Any ideas what this means? Anyone here able to look at it? What would be a ballpark figure for best and worst case scenarios for repairs? Someone here knowledable enough to do a side job or something?

I purchased this Hitachi 80 GB SATA HDD on Newegg without opening the laptop first to see what kind of drive it actually needed. I made an incorrect assumption that it was a SATA drive as it was a fairly new laptop. Turns out to be a IDE Ultra ATA that I needed. I dont want to wait for return shipping and processing etc so I am selling for a quicker turn around. I have packing slips etc. I received it yesterday. I have since ordered the correct drive from Newegg so I need to get rid of this one. 40.00 I also have a Samsung 120 GB Ultra ATA drive brand new never used...This was also purchased with Newegg and turns out motherboard has the issue and not the drives. 40.00

i rebooted the router for the 15th time and it sprung to life. I will go buy a new router today.

i can ping 198.6.1.2, but cant ping by name. Set DNS to same and no joy. Wireless works around the house and I can connect to net wirelessly...just not wired. I cant figure it out.

I cannot hit the net from my pc...only wireless works throughout the house. I have unhooked the wireless router and hooked the pc up directly to the surfboard. I can ping myself, the gateway, and the DNS. Ping was dropping half of the packets when pinging DNS until i /flushdns. After I flushed, i get replies all day from ping. I can see that I have access to the net on the task bar, but page is not displayed. Security logs dont display anything. I have tried both Fire fox and IE. Defender, Adaware, Spybot and Norton come up with nothing. I can however download security updates. Network discovery is on and my home netwrok is listed as private. I cant think of anything else to try...any ideas?

marines... they dont equal grunts unless you cant score anything higher than a 36 on the asvab...to which you would have to get a waiver to join any branch. those who tell you not to join anything else have either never been in the military and are going by what other unhappy people tell them or just made the mistake of choosing to be a grunt and are pissed off they had to live with their mistakes. i have worked with all the other branches in the military while i was in the marines...and marines were the best in my opinion. Others may disagree because they have their own perspectives based on what branch they were in, but i had spent time with all 4...marines were the most honorable and the most composed group... Choose for yourself and dont listen to others...what was or was not right for them does not mean that it will be right or wrong for you. I commend you for wanting to do your country a service regardless what branch you choose. We are still on the same side.
