hahaha ive got a 1200sqft apartment, with one of the walls down stairs made souly of glass w/ french doors... no plastic wrap over any windows and ive got a 35$ gas bill....although i do keep the thermostat at 60 when im home and 58-57 when im not. hoodies, fleece and a downcomforter on the bed, some wool socks and a hat...im sweating! then again my own personal 15-20lbs of insulation helps a bit too

we ended up only staying in indianapolis for a few hours and we did hit the brickyard...waste of time. took an "official lap" in a tour bus. thanks for the recommendations

A few friends and i are going to to illionis this week, and on the way we are stopping in at indianapolis to see the the brickyard and everything it has to offer. any suggestions on what else to do while in indianapolis?

im was and looking to be again an E.R.Tech here at a hospitals in columbus...and the oppertunities that mainstream hospitals offer for rn and bsn programs are astounding. im at cscc doing fire/ems sciences degree after i spent 2yrs at osu in a physical therapy major, and nursing is next. ive looked into various careers, and travle nursing seems to coinside with a fire/medic career i have planed for myself right now. ive looked into RN, bsn, cnras, perfusionists, surgery tech, and PA's. PA's are only going to get more responsibilities as docs realize the potential of their utilization and thus more bank w/o the insurance. Perfusionists are going to get replaced by machines in the next 20yrs, , and with surgery techs there is a HUGE oppertunity to sell for surgical companies. as a surg tech you obviously work with the docs in surgery and see what they like and dont like and what they wish you had...selling surgical equipemt is a multi billion dollar business, considering single hospital contracts start in the 7-8 figgure range. and they not only pay for your input, but if you can sell worth a damn, and have been in the business for long enough konw what you are talkign about they will hire you on. talk about 300k plus a year easy. knowing all this the only reason im sticking with RN is medflight looks like a blast later on in life and travel nursing in the near future is not only lucrative, but, well im paid to travel where i want to... and as far as being a male nures and how youare viewed, fuck it...have you seen the girls graduating from Mt Carmel's school of nursing, or any other nursing program in columbus? ...and try and let some sophomoric tool try 'n shit on you when youve got a great paying, mentaly stimulaing, secure job where you make a difference every day, as you drive off in your vet with an arm around the hottest nurse in the city. money! (shit with a pitch like that for nursing, i should be in marketing)

99-00 camrys are great(from experience)....you can grab suby outbacks for high 8s. then again thoes are the two manufactures of cars i own, so i might be a little bias

this has been said before, but on 71 between jeffersonville outlets and mile marker 53 or so they are pulling out the stops on air& highway patrol this weekend. 4:45pm(right after highways patroll 's shift change) today i was going 71s and saw mitsu and an SUV get nailed after cops made u turns w/o pausing to check speeds and chased em down....open your sun roof and you can see the vapor trails parallel to 71. good luck

haha 990, what i wouldnt give to have 990hp! i've heard testaments from nasa racers that the gain you get from cornering and entry speeds with big brembos(or what have you) you can loose in the straight away(rotational mass being the culprit)? anyone else heard that? then again all you need to counterbalance that is a couple sets of carbonfiber wheels

they look bad ass, but say hello to rotational mass and good bye to atleast 7-10hp....?

hey everyone...new guy here. ive got a 02 Suby wrx with a couple mods that allow it runs pretty solid. also rebuilt an 85 honda nighthawk and still have it and also a 91 mazda 626gt that ran around gahanna for a few months before it blew up. im 21 and enjoy long drives on the beach and i ive got backgorunds with teams in circle track racing, mainly at mansfield motor, but also some at columbus motor and shadybowl(where the crowd is as fun to watch as the races are)..yeh'haw.
